2025.01.22 13:55 Legal_War3449 I got a low score on my ACET mock test. My average score is about 15-20%
The ACET is just a few days away, and I tested myself after studying my areas of improvement. I scored 15-20% out of 100% on the mock test. Now, I’m regretting my decision to take the ACET for the second time as a transferee. I feel like I just wasted my time and effort. I tried juggling my college tasks with reviewing for the ACET, but it didn’t turn out as I hoped.
For context, I wasn’t really planning to apply to Ateneo as a transferee because I was scared of rejection. But when I saw that they reopened admissions in November, I thought it was a sign. I thought about it thoroughly and decided to apply. That left me with just one month to prepare for the ACET, and now I’m feeling down because it’s all dawning on me—I might not have a shot again because of my ACET scores.
I do have excellent college marks; in fact, I am a First Honor Dean’s Lister. I also believe I wrote a pretty good essay. However, I’m aware that the ACET is the only concrete justification they might need.
Goodbye, dream, forever... I guess?

Does anyone struggles with restoring whatsapp messages? I've tried everything, nothing works. My new phone is Oneplus 13, old phone is oneplus 10 pro.
I've tried all these:
- Restore from a Google drive backup, with media and without media.
- Restore with a local file that I transferred from the old phone to the new one.
- Transfer messages option from the old phone to the new phone (with the QR code to scan)
- Turn off and on both phones and try each option after, nothing works. Help please 🙏🏼😩🙏🏼

I don't know personally how bad trans people get treated in the Army but I have heard things and it does not sound great. Saw an injured rabbit in the road in front of my home this morning. I was told by animal services not to handle him, so I moved him with a shovel as gently as I could out of the road onto the grass. Animal service is supposed to be coming, but now that it’s light out I can see he has a lot of fur missing and his legs are both straight out. He had a friend keeping him company but that friend is gone now and the crows keep bothering him. Anything else I can do? I keep scaring the crows away.

Hi, I am going to be in town for a conference at the end of March. I will be training for a race I am going to be doing at the end of April. I would like to bring my bike and continue to train while I am there. I will be staying at the Hyatt Regency downtown.
I am looking for a route or routes I could do early in the morning, 20 to 30 miles leaving straight from the hotel. I also won't mind just looping a shorter route multiple times if it was better. Basically trying to find something without a lot of stop and go where I could keep up a decent pace. Basically since I have little time, I want to maximize time at a good pace vs interesting ride(which I would love to do if I had more time) I realize I would probably have a bit of stop and go just to get out of downtown.
Not sure if that reasonable straight from the hotel but would appreciate any ideas.
My ideas so far.
- Stone Mountain Trail
- Biking to Piedmont park and doing loops there.
- Eastside Beltline Trail, back and forth as much as time for
- Westside Beltline
