I have a HD patient who is losing weight. He has gallbladder issues and is unable to have surgery at this time. His phos is 3.3, Potassium is 4.9 but has gotten to 5.9 in the recent past, calcium tends to run low. His appetite today is good but he is only eating low fat foods. Wondering if Ensure Clear would be a good supplement? Seems to be ok but just want another opinion. Potassium is only 45mg
Any other suggestions? Appreciate it!

 | Buenas, tengo una notebook ACER NITRO 5, hace poco al iniciar la notebook y conectar el hdmi a una tv, y luego iniciar sesión en mi notebook me salta error de pantalla azul y al reiniciarse ya no pasa señal al hdmi. Luego de 3 días vuelvo a intentar conectar el hdmi y no pasa señal, la tarjeta de video dedicada aparece como desconectada en administrador de dispositivos. Llevo a un servicio técnico y me recomiendan regrabar la bios pero eso tiene sus consecuencias en caso de que la tarjeta gráfica tenga algún fallo fisico a nivel de componente, hablando con el técnico y explicando otras fallas como la desconexión y conexión del wifi y también usb puede que halla algún fallo en PHC. Science is different, seeking the origin of life via the Big Bang theory or the intricacies of quantum mechanics. We all have a concern toward revealing the mystery of life, which is often known as the Great Originating Mystery. Is this a link to the invisible reserved for only monks or nun, priests or priestesses? Are they the chosen few who get to feel the origin of all creation? What if it was the future of every human being to be able to associate with the hidden force in the universe that appears to drive all life? Moreover, what is the purpose of such a spiritual encounter and how can it be addressed? Despite the fact that there is no absolute answer to the above question, our ancestors have given direction through different modalities of mystical assistance with the universe around us. Referred to as the Mystery Traditions, these have been shrouded in symbolism secrecy for millennia. It has just been the ultimate century or so that the different spiritual customs of these traditions from different parts of the world have come to be noticed and surfaced in the world arena. To be relevant and give value, sometimes you need to throw away traditional approaches, pull up your sleeves, and simply go for what works in actuality. It appears we are now in a point in our world spiritual experience where we can now perform something comparable. Similarly, in these Magic Traditions, if we can reveal the greatest of what works from these practices, and fulfil them, then we will give a solid structure for the upcoming generations who look for answers to the secrets of life. In that state of awareness that is not common, my mind can shift into space where it can then start to experience dreamy imagery and/or message that add to my spiritual purpose. Choosing to mix shamanism with Qabalah could be favorable since they are all the same thing. In fact, the notable difference is that Qabalah has a tried system that can be more easily interpreted in a modern setting than, say, native ideas and symbols. In my individual exercise in curanderismo (the Peruvian shamanism) I discovered many recommendations and associations to Qabalah. Quite a lot, in actual fact, that they could no longer be overlooked. Both Qabalah and shamanism are systems that strive to lift the veil of deception that permeates our senses, to draw into the hidden forces in the world around us. With the naturalistic and ecstatic methods given by shamanism and the exact symbolism of Qabalah, is started opening pathways into my individual knowledge that have now made me convinced of my personal spiritual path and I can confidently say I am a mystic. This comes with something great- I have the ability and opportunity to correlate with the hidden spiritual energies of the world and get the direction I need to maintain my own growth toward freedom and ease. Generally, you might discover that having a satisfactory relationship with the unseen using these techniques might be challenging. As with any method, if it becomes too hard, take a step back and refer to the basics. Make use of what works for your individual practice and be open to fresh ideas as well.  | 5’10” 185. Been dieting and working out 3x a week for 14 months. I do chest shoulders and back. I do 155 lb 8 times on bench. I now can do 8.5 pull ups and two other sets of 7. I did a bulk last spring and am 6 weeks into a cut where calories are in deficit of at least 500 calories. Diet is coffee and milk until noon, then 2cups egg whites, 1 large potato, 1 cup Greek yogurt and fruit. Dinner is 1/2 lb of meat, 1 large potato and greens. No mayo ketchup cheese etc anymore. Hardly any alcohol. On rare holidays weekends I fast before the big meal. With 500 calorie deficit I should lose 3500 calories a week and 4 lbs of fat a month. I do 2 warm up sets then try for max weight I can go 5x. At least two exercises per day. Don’t need legs, already fine. My question is: my wife says I’m great now, but why not get back to my high school 6 pack? right now these are the setting i got from some person for picture settings, i play 3 types of formats, which are SDR, HDR10 and DV. So right now after calibration, I set the black level at 35 and contrast at 85 for SDR content. should i apply the same settings for HDR10 and Dolby Vision or change something specifically or just use the inbuilt calibration when playing HDR10 and DV content?
I have heard that Dolby Vision has inbuilt tone-mapping and i should turn that off to prevent double tone mapping. I have also heard that using inbult calibraton method is the most accurate but that ig uses the light sensor and applies a custom tone curve (atleast from what i've heard is not desirable)
So what do you guys suggest?

- Auto local dimming: Medium is the most accurate. High will give you better blacks but will clip highlight details.
- Peak luminance: Off for SDR, High for HDR.

- Color temperature: Expert 1 (and Expert 2) is the most accurate. you will get used to it in no time if you find it to be too warm, but you can always change it to whatever you like.

- Reality Creation: Off for high quality content. Manual 20 for low quality or upscaled content.
- Random noise reduction: Off
- Digital noise reduction: Off
- Smooth gradation: Low
- Motionflow: Off, or personal preference. If you want some motion control, try Custom 1 and Min or Min and Min. Smoothness will add the dreaded soap opera effect, while Clearness is black frame insertion and will reduce the brightness of the panel a bit.

Ok so my 16 year old brother got his 16 year old now ex girlfriend pregnant they broke up before she found out she was pregnant and he didn't want to get back together but he says he will be there for the baby he has a part time job and savings and when he turns 18 he will inherit a house from his father who passed a few years ago and he has made it clear he wants 50/50 custody when the baby is born. Well the issue here is myself and our sister are both mothers and gave him baby stuff for at home (he lives with our mother currently) we gave him a bassinet aswell as clothes and nappies and a change table and she is now 30 weeks along and he has a set up in his room and his ex has nothing no job no money absolutely nothing and her parents have said she can live with them but they aren't supporting her baby and she has to provide for it. Well she is now demanding my brother give her all of the baby stuff he has and he is refusing and told her if she can't provide for the baby maybe he should have soul custody. Well she messaged me asking for help and asking me to get my brother to share everything he brought and has but I said no and so she called me a heartless bitch. So AITA for not caring about this girl P.S. it's his baby they did a paternity test paid for by our mother and as for school he is a part time student and works at his grabfathers company
