2025.01.22 16:53 jv_1979 Smoke alarms won't stop
We've been in this house 6 years and never had this problem. There is a security system with the smoke alarms hard wired in. We do not have it monitored. The last couple days the smoke alarms just start going off. Pushing the button on one of them will stop it. Can anyone help with how I fix this?

2025.01.22 16:53 Maximusuber Issue Extruding Sidewinder X2
Hi Guys, i have my sidewinder for about 1 year, i printed plenty of things and all of sudden it stopped working.
The printer would extrude when not printingm at any speed and lenght i request but as soon as it starts the print, the gear would spin but it would shred the filament to pieces.
I tried increasing the temperature while printing but it doesnt extrude at all. I tried the usual trouble shooting but to no avail.
Since i was at i replaced the all gear to full metal but it did not change a thing.
I replace the PTFE Tube, nozzle and filament but it behaves the same way.
What can it be? is it maybe the printing profile? it would be odd since i printed before with the same exact settings.
Please help im going insane

2025.01.22 16:53 CategoryOver1141 Game Stutters on new pc but it shouldnt really :( help
I bought a new pc and even people on infinity nikki discord said the specs should be enough to play smoothly and with no issues whatsoever but im experiencing a bit of stuttering especially when in combat or when i change outfit (for example when i start to hover or glide, outfit changes like this) and i really thought this pc should be running the game smooth with NO real stuttering and stuff :(
these are the specs of my CURRENT new pc:
CPU: Intel i7-14700F (28 CPUs, ~2.1GHz) GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti RAM: 32 GB PLENTY of free space on my SSD | Win 11 Pro | Directx 12
So what do I do to maximize the game's performance? I really don't want to lower my graphics settings as I think I should run the game without any trouble, but if I am mistaken pls let me now haha :(
Additionally this is a reddit post i wrote a few weeks ago because i actually bought another pc and it literally runs the same, same 'smoothness' same stutters, so i dont know XD:
So I bought a new PC that's way better than my old one, but I am not really satisfied with how the games including infinity Nikki run on it? I don't understand pc specs and stuff like this at all, but according to some Requirements I should run Nikki quite well and smooth and even with a good graphics settings (it also auto sets everything on ultra so i just assumed the pc wouldnt set settings it wouldnt be able to hande right?), so, I would just like to ask you if I really am that bad at reading the requirements or if that's something bad going on with my pc? My old pc had worse specs and indeed ran nikki even a bit worse and laggy, but for example i was able to run Genshin Impact with almost no lags and smoothly, and with this pc and not the ultra graphics settings im experiencing stutters even in areas i havent before :(

I’m a woman in my 30s, married for almost 3 years and been straight for most of my life. Way back in high school, I went to the only “all girls school” that we have in the town. I loved admiring female teachers and I liked sending them stuff like teddy bears , flowers and letters every teacher’s day (since most of us are usually doing it) because yeah that’s what mostly we do in our school . But there was this female teacher that I was obsessed with sending letters almost every week. I felt like I liked her on a different level but since I was still a little girl way back then, I didn’t know what to do and even got confused on what to do. Nevertheless, it continued till our college years and stopped when I had reached my sophomore year. Then I’ve realized that it was just an infatuation. Maybe because I am just an only child, I was just looking up to mature girls/women, and was longing for a sisterly love. In college, I also met a teacher and admired her for a while. But then at some point of my life after a year or two , my feelings of admiring women, has passed and vanished especially when I’m not seeing them that often.
I met my husband 5 years ago and I’ve gotten over my habit of admiring women, teachers most specifically. Well thanks to my husband that I have realized that I’m straight. Just recently , I have a workmate named “R”. I got close to her during our first encounter. I first dealt with her (3 months ago, I guess) but not really that close because I didn’t have the courage to add her yet that time on fb. She was just a pull-out staff for, I guess, a day or two because we’re understaffed way back (until now, sometimes). Just this January, I was just so happy that she was included on the list of the staffs who’s going to rotate in our area for 6 months. I hadn’t had these infatuation feelings yet for her that time. The day before her 1st day at work, I sent her a simple welcome message online. During her first day at work in our area, I greeted her enthusiastically and told her that I was happy that she was already there working with us and promised to guide and accommodate her if ever she had some questions work-related . After 3 weeks of seeing and talking to her almost every day, I have again noticed myself developing this kind of weird feeling of infatuation (well, not again with middle-aged women like her) “Mamma mia, here we go again”. I have already told my husband about my crazy past of admiring female teachers in high school. He just laughed and told me that girls like me who grew up in an all-girl Catholic school were usually weird. We laughed, and I immediately admitted that I’m currently having a girl crush in our workplace. He just laughed and changed the topic. Help! Am I that weird?🥲 I am still straight, am I? What to do?😒

We experienced another error last night with the Driver Safety Assistance Features becoming unavailable. Talked to the dealership this morning and the tech indicated that Volvo is working on a software update that is supposed to address over a 100 different bugs that have been encountered and it is coming out within a week. All the issues we’ve encountered (there are many) are software related, so hopefully this upcoming update bumps the quality of the vehicle significantly .
