Nearly EVERY time I order from DoorDash my drivers have told me that the GPS sends them across the street to my neighbor’s house. I double, triple, quadruple checked that I put in the right address/numbers for my house. So what the heck is up? Can I contact customer support?
I’ve also provided drop off details explaining that if you turn on my street from x-street that my house is on left, not the right. But drivers don’t always read the note I notice.

Hi there, I received a CJO with the DIA for Information technology career last thursday. I sent the pre employment forms within 72 hours, as they requested. I just checked this reddit page and I'm now seeing a lot of job offers being rescinded. I didn't get any email from them saying the position has been cancled, but they haven't gotten back to me since I've emailed them my forms. Should I assume I got my offer rescinded?

Even if you trust your partner you should always get a prenuptial agreement. It's just too big of a risk. I've heard of lots of stories where the person who got cheated on never imagined their partner was capable of something like that. Protect yourself, do your due diligence.

2025.01.22 15:53 One-Window-9619 Wondering what to do about new stairs not perfectly matching new floors, your thoughts?
 | Here's the situation, we're having new floors and new stairs installed. We chose to go with two different companies and have both the flooring and the staircase be maple, no dye, all natural. We got a couple of floor samples that we gave the stair people to make sure everything would be the same tone -- the two small pieces from the pictures below -- we gave them clear directions not to use any dye. They said matching the color would be no problem since it's all natural. Now the problem is that we just had the stairs installed and noticed they decided to add something to the varnish in the end to make the stairs look much lighter. As you can see in the pictures, the stairs are noticeably lighter and more pink than the floor samples, which are literally yellow/orange. (You can see I also got a bigger sample piece from the flooring store to help with the comparison) We didn't expect to see such a contrast when put side-by-side, and we're not sure what to do now. We heard that maple will get darker with time, is that why the floor samples are more yellow, assuming they're maybe older? Will the pinkness of the floor maple eventually fade to a more yellow glow? I also don't know if we're overreacting, I hear color matching wood tones can be hard, so should we just let it go? The stair guys said they had to do it or else the staircase would have been too yellow, but now we have the opposite problem. If we decide to do something about it, what are our options? That the stair guys sand and re-varnish the steps? At whose cost?
