Hi i was a little curious if there is anyone in the PA program coming from a veterinary background? I originally worked at an animal clinic as a veterinary technician for a year and ultimately decided to switch paths. I know this seems a little weird switching from veterinary care. Now that we are back from 8123 fest and have had some time to process Dyed; what are your guys thoughts on the Album? Favorite tracks? How does it compare to other releases? Lets discuss!
I can’t believe they surprise dropped this! Im also surprised they called this album “9.5”. And that they are still going to work on album 10!! As of right now this is my favorite The Maine album, it instantly hit for me. I love how it sounds on a play through. It is hard to choose one favorite but for me it’s Stray Dogs (the original demo always felt like a huge “what if”).
Can you guys honestly hear the “eras” through the songs? I think for some I feel like I can tell (especially Eight Fingers) but others like Two Flowers I cant really see the relationship to CSWS. But I still feel like its the PERFECT opener to this album and totally sets the tone.

 | Hi!! I have smaller ears and 3 lobe piercings (the 3rd was partially on cartilage), and have had earrings in since I got them done 4-5 years ago. I only really wear hoops, and I flip on both sides in my sleep. A few days ago I realized my 3rd piercing on my left side was hanging lower and looked to me like it was stretched, and it’s giving me a lot of anxiety about it tearing, and I took out the hoop and have been letting it be since yesterday. My right side is totally fine, no change. What should I do here? Does it look bad? Should I leave it out or put in a super light hoop/stud? Any advice will be helpful! !!!ACT 2 SPOILERS!!! (Sorry I don't know how to do the covered text on mobile)
This is my 4-5th playthrough on a couch co-op with a friend. I've never had gale leave the party before. The only thing I've done different this campaign is I managed to find/save the prisoners in moonrise, which was a first for me, but wasn't the first time my friend has done it, everything went well with that. We save the prisoners, go and release the nightsong, and then go to siege moonrise with jaheira. We get through all of the tower, fighting ketheric at the top, go into the colony, and kill him and the avatar, and when all is said and done with him in the colony, gale starts a conversation with my tav and says he's tired of this and he has to go his own route. I clicked every dialogue option that sounded like I wanted him to stay, but he just kept saying he was going to leave, I was hoping there would be a roll to have him stay, but he permanently left, and took all of his inventory with him. I don't necessarily want to reload a save and do that whole fight again, but I definitely want gale on my team for the long run.
Anyone have any idea what happened to make him leave? My approval with him was in the positive overall.

I've been into boardgaming for over a decade now but I've only been in this sub for about 5 months. Nefarious is one of my all time favourite games. I was surprised that I haven't seen a single mention of it in here, especially since it's by the creator of Dominion.
It's pretty lightweight, but I love how the twists can make each match feel unique. The spies are a cool mechanic that usually have a big impact on the game, depending on the twists. I absolutely love the theme of this game too, it's very fun and whimsical. Any other Nefarious enjoyers in the crowd?

2025.01.22 15:50 c0c0b3anz How to fix marking territory
My puppy is 7 months old and he keeps on marking his territory around the house. He knows how to ask to go outside to use the bathroom, but I'm guessing he can't help whats in his blood. I would get him fixed but I heard sometimes it doesn't help at all. I find pee spots everywhere around the house, but he would go and ask to use the bathroom to actually pee if that makes sense. It's getting a lot to clean and I don't know how to help it.

I’m trying to design a crossovesumming amp and Mouser has a great selection of components but I keep running into an issue where I buy a bunch of components, wire everything up, find an issue, identify a new part I need and then I spend $8 shipping on a $2 part. I can only do this so much. With RadioShack closed down, I’m having trouble finding a place to buy components without having to pay S/H. Does anyone have any suggestions? A site that doesn’t charge S/H? A store that you found that carries components? Any tips help.
