Having read up on therapeutic vaccines such as PRGN-2012 and INO-3107, both of these vaccines seem to completely cure at least half of the individuals from HPV 6 & 11 related lesions
These vaccines are developed primarily to treat RRP, but I guess if they are tackling HPV 6 & 11, they are just as effective on genital warts
Realistically how far are we from these vaccines being available to the general public?

I wanted to reach out and ask something that’s been on my mind lately. For any RMs who have since stepped away from the church, do you ever feel any sense of regret or mixed feelings in terms of people you’ve converted and your mission as a whole? Specifically, I’d like to hear about, how you feel about the converts you helped bring into the church, and how you view your mission experience now, with the benefit of hindsight. Like, was it something you were grateful of? Regretful? Or, maybe even both?
I completely understand this is a very complex question, and there’s no judgement on my part. The journeys in life are unique and sometimes take a turn in unexpected ways. If any of you are open to sharing, I’d love to hear your stories, whether there’s humour, reflections, heartfelt moments, or even all three at once. I feel like it’s such a unique perspective, and I’m honestly curious on how you navigate it now. Especially as someone who ministered with Missionaries to soon-to-be converts.

I was contacted by Caters Media Group for them to do a 70/30 split in my favor with one of my viral videos. I did some searching and found a little on Reddit about them, but found nothing about anyone actually getting pay out. Has anyone been paid by them?
There is also verbage in the contract about being allowed to use my likeness to train AI algos and use it as they wish to manipulate it for future videos…. Seems super odd to have in a contract!
(g) use artificial intelligence, digital manipulation and any other technology to alter, modify or enhance the Content, any Derivative Work, and your Likeness (and, where an individual featured in the Content is a child, your child’s Likeness), to create further Derivative Work; and

Good afternoon, everyone! My wife and I are almost finished building our new home, which sits on a lot with acreage. One side of the property has a lot line that’s about 600 feet long and currently wide open, so we're looking to plant fast-growing trees to create some privacy from the neighbors.
Initially, we thought of planting an alternating row of Green Giant Arborvitae, but I’m wondering if that’s a bad idea in the long run. We’re open to planting other shrubs or plants in front of the trees on our side to enhance the appearance. However, I’m having trouble finding an economical alternative that will thrive in our growing zone (6).
The main requirement is that the trees need to be evergreen to ensure privacy year round. I’ve also considered alternating between Arborvitae and something like a cypress. What would you recommend?

The supply closet was obviously reduced to a shelf so the refiners wouldn't be able to go in there like "so many sardines" to converse privately. However, all we got out of them regarding the change was a quick confused look from Mark. The only other physical change to their room is the removal of security cameras, which they aren't falling for, yet no one on the team is discussing the fact that their one private area is no longer there. Am I missing something?
