2025.01.22 18:22 FutureAccess544 Questions about painting and assembly
 | So I've just recently started painting miniatures and haven't stuck to one specific way of painting but have only recently gotten ahold of primer. My preferred way of painting them is to go peace by peace to ensure that I get any pinch point areas early to not have to struggle later. The issue I have is that I don't know the best way to include priming the peaces without just spraying the entire assembly rack before removing the peaces. I'm curious if anyone else has tried this method or any others that seem effective enough to use. I don't see to many guides online that stray from the "assembly first paint second" method so I'm kinda at a loss. This figure above is painted peace by peace as I assembled and am waiting to do all fine details til I have the others assembled so that I may hit them all in one go. Aside from him not having any primer I think he turned out good I just keep having to retouch up parts due to my fingers rubbing off paint. I currently have Verizon Prepaid and pay $140 per month for their Unlimited Plus plan. I heard about Visible+ promo for $30 per month and AT&T Unlimited Max 2 lines for $60.
I don't know which of the two (Visible+ or AT&T prepaid) would be best to try. If you can provide any information, please provide. I would like to make the best decision on which is the best plan to choose. I don't have a problem with Verizon Prepaid, just trying to see what's out there and if I can further reduce my bill.

2025.01.22 18:22 gugavieira Magic Keyboard wired connection switching between macs
I used to have my Magic Keyboard wired to my monitor, and I could switch between two different MacBooks when I changed the monitor from one MacBook to another.
Magic Keyboard ---- [Lightning to USB A] ----> Monitor ---- [USB C] ----> MacBook (1 or 2)
Recently, and I suppose it came with the Sequoia update, this setup stopped working. Now, even with the wired connection over the monitor, the Magic Keyboard connects using Bluetooth automatically. If I disable the Bluetooth it stops working. If I unpair the Keyboard, it doesn't work until I pair it again.
Did anyone else notice any change in the wired behaviour of the Magic Keyboard?
I'm looking for a solution or an alternative way to easily switch one Magic Keyboard between two different MacBooks.
Universal Control doesn't work in my case because I cannot log into my Apple account on one of the MacBooks due to work policies.
