2025.01.22 19:14 MaximumEquivalent794 Crash diagnosis assistance PLEASE (New Modder)
Yesterday I got back into modding after about 2 years and I attempted to recreate my old load order as best I could keeping updates and compatibility in mind. Now, when I boot up skyrim it crashes just as Open Animation Replacer begins doing it's thing, which leads me to believe it's script related? I attempted to use a crash log decoder however, it reports no issues. Any help would be appreciated, hopefully someone more savvy can take a look !!

2025.01.22 19:14 mallozzin Anybody have experience with parks maintenance? I would like to hear some of the pros and cons.
For the record I am 25yo and have been working construction jobs for about 5 years, non union to union. I wanted a change of scenery and have applied to some park jobs in peel for maintenance. Less pay but it seems like it could be more fulfilling work and a little less stressful.
Anybody here have experience with parks?

I met through a friend a professional opera singer for 50 dollars, I just want to work on feeling like I have a beautiful head voice or voice in general. How much would lessons like this normally cost? Does anyone know? My voice coach I’ve been going to runs at 50 dollars an hour.
Regardless I’m ecstatic, I’m intimidated by him and his voice. I’ve never had a male voice coach before. The fact that he’s travelled all over the world singing opera makes me feel really lucky to have this opportunity. But intimidated all the same.

2025.01.22 19:14 babysleepsendhelp91 Sleep Training and Daycare
Need some help trying to figure out how to sleep train while baby is having a terrible schedule at daycare.
At home, wake up is around 7am and we try our best to follow 2/2.25/2.5/2.5-3. He does best with naps capped at 2.5 combined hours and is slowly refusing that 3rd nap so will likely drop down to 2 naps when he hits 6 months.
With my first, I was able to slowly implement good habits from day 1 and he was independently sleeping around 4 months which was a game changer. This baby.. well, I had a toddler at home so the name of the game was just sleep anywhere because setting good habits was not the priority. Due to this, we want to start with sleep training in the next few weeks (tbd on the strategy we'll use.. I bought Precious Little Sleep).
The problem is daycare. He is taking a 30 min nap around 10am and then a two hour nap from 1-3pm. We try to keep him up til 6-6:15pm, but he is so overtired that we're dealing with so many false starts and random wake ups. I am trying to nurse before bedtime but he just started to fall asleep. If I try to sneak in a cat nap at pick up (4:30) he then will wake up every sleep cycle during the night. I have asked them to cap the second nap but got some pushback so it's a battle I don't think I will win.
How do we do this then? A long weekend when I can control his schedule better? Just slowly implement better practices and hope for the best long term?

Eu passei hoje na Fuvest em Administração na FEA-SP. Mas a minha primeira opção foi Economia. Eu cheguei a conversar com uma moça da Fuvest e ela me disse que é possÃvel fazer a matrÃcula em Administração e ficar aguardando nova classificação em Economia.
Vocês acham que com essa colocação que eu tive aà na segunda foto, eu posso ser chamado em alguma lista de espera? Será que a lista roda até chegar em mim?
