2025.01.22 22:12 JessicaParks00 Upstairs neighbor works out at 7 am everyday
For the past few days, I've woken up at 7 am from a strange thumping noise coming from my upstairs neighbor. It sounds like someone is repeatedly throwing a ball to the floor or jumping rope. My roommates thinks they might be working out but it's getting very annoying that they do it so early in the morning. Yesterday, I decided to use a broom and pound on the ceiling to let them know they are being loud and it stopped for a while but then it started again. Today, I went and knocked on the door but no one answered. The noise continued for a bit but then stopped. I feel like it will continue to happen and I don't want to keep waking up at 7am because of it. I've tried talking to them but they don't open the door. I'm debating on weather I should leave them a note or send an email to the leasing office.

Hi people. I consider myself mostly recovered from my last limerent episode as I no longer desire this person as more than a friend, and I can think a lot clearemore realistically, making me able to focus on other elements of my life.
However, I am still struggling with compulsive, unwanted fantasies. I couldn't sleep last night because my mind was replaying (real) moments in time, but then embellishing them. They are all about my LO being sweet to me, kind to me, sexual with me. It made me feel sick, as they literally would not stop, and my spouse was in bed next to me. I had to get up and wash my face with cold water, I felt like I was going to throw up. These sort of thoughts had brought me comfort for years prior to meeting my partner, but I'm literally in a long-term relationship now, I don't need these thoughts. It's not so much "I'm fantasising about other people" by choice, but more "I'm having unwanted sexual intrusive thoughts about a friend". It's very disturbing.
Any one else have this experience? Any tips to help cope with this, or even better, stop this from happening?

I’ve been prescribed adderall and vyvanse for 7 years and have seen extremely contradictory remarks about being able to stay on either one of these prescriptions. If anybody who’s ACTUALLY TRIED OR SUCCESSFULLY was able to obtain a legal prescription from a provider in Qatar I have significant backing evidence and proof from current provider that I don’t function without it lol. I will be living there for two full years in Doha and have Cigna international. I’ve tried concerta and Ritalin and had extremely negative Health effects. I’m really nervous about this and worried so I’d appreciate no trolls no opinions about if it’s good or bad i genuinely don’t care I am just looking for a solid answer with someone who’s experienced the process.
