I got to my seat and discovered I could see only half of the ice unless I leaned on the guy in front of me. I ended up standing. Boston won 1-0. Our Platform We have a distributed system with the following interconnected components: 1. Web App built using Next.js: - Frontend: React - Backend: Node.js 2. REST API Server using FastAPI. 3. Python Library that runs on client machines and interacts with the REST API server.
What We Want to Achieve When users report issues, we need a setup that can: - Trace user activities across all components of the platform. - Correlate logs from different parts of the system to identify and troubleshoot the root cause of an issue.
For example, if a user encounters a REST API error while using our Python library, we want to trace the entire flow of that request across the Python library, REST API server, and any related services.
Specific Questions
- Tracking User Actions Across the Platform
- Are there any tools or platforms that can trace a user’s journey or timeline of activities across multiple applications?
- Can these tools link logs/errors to an individual user’s actions across the system?
- Handling Guest Users and Identity Mapping
- Many users interact as guests (anonymous) before authenticating. Is there a way to associate logs/errors from their guest activities to their identity once they log in, so all their past and future actions are unified under a single identity?
- Unifying Logs Across the Platform Here’s an example scenario we’re looking to address:
- A user runs code in the Python library, and we log their actions.
- The library prompts them to log in, and we log this event as well.
- During login, they hit a REST API endpoint, but the login fails (e.g., an authentication error). Logs are captured from both the library and the API server.
- Upon successful login, we assign an identity to the user and tag all their future logs with it.
- The user uploads a file via the Python library, but the REST API server throws an error. Logs from both the library and the API server should be correlated.
- Later, if the user reports an issue, we want to trace their actions across the entire platform to identify the root cause.
- Filtering Logs for Troubleshooting
- Are there solutions that allow filtering logs/traces for a specific user or session to recreate the sequence of events leading to an issue?
We’re essentially looking for a distributed logging and tracing solution that can help us achieve this level of traceability and troubleshooting across our platform.

When I started my lets play channel 5 years ago. I would curse alot in the videos. In the last 3 years I have stopped cursing in my videos and in my normal day to day life.
Now I've noticed when I watch other lets play creator and I hear them curse. I'm like eh.... and kinda cringe. This only applies to the commentary and not the game itself.

I've tried oh just so many methods, 55×5, scripting, SATs, pretending, I don't even know how many damn methods exist out there.
but when I tell you, tiring yourself out doing something that doesn't feel natural to you, takes much effort, feels like a task — doesn't align with you, usually isn't the right way for YOU to manifest.
listen to yourself before you listen to me or Neville or anyone out there, it is okay to disagree it is okay to not feel like a suggested method works for you, it isn't the end of the world.
not everyone likes to write, so as a person that doesn't like writing why are you writing an affirmation 33 times for 3 days?
not everyone can visualise so as a person who can't, why are you beating yourself up to do so? as an aphant (who cannot visualise) I had to understand that there's just so many ways, to go about it and there's no rules.
not everyone likes to live in the end, so why are you doing it if it feels wrong to you?
some things are worth learning yes, totally. But, ultimately it's what's fun to you, what feels easy for you, what gets you in a gratitude state, what makes you feel happy, what if you sit down and do it, you could be doing it for hours and not get frustrated.
and by looking for methods again and again and again, will more likely make you go crazy before giving you a "solution".
the only method certainly is YOU, you're the one with the power, no scripting would work if it wasn't for you, no subliminal, no visualisation — you must comprehend the power is within youuuuuuuuuu it's not an "oh my god x method really works" it's am "oh I really like this method, I feel happy doing it, it's easy for me, i make it work instantly" but because you're doing the method, it's not the method doing you.
if I tell you now to draw a star, you can draw it however you want, you don't have to follow the way I do it, you don't have to start at a certain point, it can be symmetrical, non symmetrical, it can be a star fish it can be a star in the sky, it can be a falling star, it can be the sun, you can draw it with a pencil or a marker — it is still a star anyway no matter how you create it
manifesting the the saaaaaame way.
so pleaseeeeeeee do what feels best for you.
stop limiting yourself, there's no wrong way to go about it, creating doubt doesn't serve you.
you can affirm in the mirror, affirm as scripting, affirm out loud or silently or not affirm at all, just assume, or live in the end, or do this or do that,, it really doesn't matter, it doesn't require a diploma to manifest, you're complicating it.
