2025.01.22 22:14 BrettLeTigre TIL that Lightning Dash(Storm autoattack replacer) "works" with Ranged Weapons
I just did some tests while theorycrafting and I realized it's possible to use a Staff, Bow or Ranged weapon with Lightning dash.
What works:
Everything under "20% chance of", including the 1 second of freeze
What doesn't work:
Dashing(movement speed) Chance to dodge attacks Chance to avoid projectiles
I had always assumed that this would only work with a melee weapon due to the dashing nature of the skill.
If you're like me and like to come up with weird build ideas then this is useful to know.

CPU idle = 39-42c,
CPU load = 57-71c (62 avg)
GPU idle = 35-38c
GPU max load = around 67-70c (Ultra settings on 1440p Cyberpunk Ultra-wide monitor)
Ram, SSD, Case, System, Cmos, Etc. = pretty level and low temps all around even on load.
The nautilus AIO works very swell, I have it at a constant 90% power, while the 3 fans are on a PWM curve - its side mounted as intake, with an extra 120mm silent wing behind it in the rear compartment. I opted for two 140mm as top exhaust, and then the 1 rear exhaust + 2 bottom 120mm intakes. So far ive gotten pretty darn stable temps and fan speeds, hardly ever hear it raise up very loud - stock bios curve was like a leaf blower....
Performance:
Absolute powerhouse, the 9900x is an absolute tank of a CPU - one of the fastest ive ever used. I have yet to test the 7800XT for its full potential with things like blender, unreal engine, machine learning, but in regards to gaming (cyber punk maxed out) it is just an insanely beautiful and smooth experience - with the Ultra wide monitor its just awesome. The Trident Neo ram works perfectly with the motherboard + CPU, was able to set EXPO as active in the bios with a simple switch, running fantastic at 6000mhz.
Ive yet to under volt the cpu, since ive gotten my fan curves pretty well I might see what I can do in this regard, save some temperature head room while loosing minimal power. I don't plan to overclock anything honestly, same goes for the gpu - have not undervolted it either. If anyone has any techniques, or suggestions/tips for undervolting rather than overclocking let me know, im a green thumb on that technical side of things.
Operating System:
Currently on Windows 11 Pro N, however I have a desire to get onboard with Linux here soon, going to start out with just a partition while I experiment with the kernel.. Any suggestions on this front would be appreciated as well!
Plans for the Build:
Acquire some 'strip' argb lighting that I can tuck along corner margins of the case to provide a glow to the inside - I just didn't personally want hardware with lights.
Acquire a 5th gen nvme2 SSD and use that as my main drive, moving the 4th gen 990 into the 2nd slot.
Maybe add additional sata drives as I have not incorporated a single one.
Upgraded the Sound card.
Add 90 degree angled USB3.0 Header cable because I wasn't able to connect those from the front io panel of the case into my MB with the AIO in the way.
Potentially upgrade to 64gb ram in the future. (Dual Channel)
and of course as the years go on, plug and play with needed upgrades, this is why I went a little overkill on the PSU, and made sure the motherboard supports 5th gen hardware. I see the modular beauty for the first time of this,

Total Build Time was about 10 hours a few weeks back + another 1-5 hours of OS install and Tuning, setup, stress testing.

Around about 10 days ago my nipples and around my nipples was getting red sore dry and itchy now they are unbearably painful does anybody know what this is? I was due my period 6 days ago and still haven't came on? I'm definitely NOT pregnant l'm a lesbian so impossible! But this is so painful and I just don't understand what it is! Have used cream for dry skin but nothings easing the pain or helping. They have also expanded in size and just don't seem to come out anymore
