Ok might be a long shot BUT — there was an amazing website I stumbled upon a couple years ago that was making the rounds in the design community that featured ~10 design principles (maybe Gestalt?) that showcased them in a really nice and interactive way. Google searches have not been fruitful.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about haha!?!

Frequent flyer, who use to have EWR as a hub, so I know a thing or 2 about delays. This is a new one for me. Imagine being in CLT and seeing snow but not delayed because of it.
We fully board our plane, only to have the captain come on to tell us that we are in a holding situation as we need to wait for parts destined to Africa to arrive and be loaded onto the plane. FO is standing by the door going ”are the African parts here yet? no? How about now?”
Of course 10 mins later, we get a United text “delayed due to a technical issue on our plane”

Like what is the purpose of this sub. Is it to show what you’re having for breakfast, whatever odd combination that might be?
Someone posted a redbull and like zyn packs for breakfast. Does this constitute breakfast?
Or perhaps you want KFC for breakfast. Or perhaps you ate a wild dog.
If the purpose of this sub is to allow anyone to post whatever they might be having for breakfast, as odd as it might be and against what might considered a traditional breakfast, carry on. I’ll all for the occasional cold pizza for breakfast but we’ve got full blown steak dinners and beer popping up for breakfast.
If the intent is to show delicious breakfast foods commonly seen on a breakfast menu, then we’ve strayed from the light.
Just me being an old miser? Probably.

2025.01.22 20:00 Salt_Journalist_5116 When will my brain settle?
How long do you think it will take me to get over the toxic work environment I was in for 14 months? I have been out now and into a new job for one month.
I experienced the following: • mobbing • micromanagement • gossiping • manipulation • gaslighting • being hit on
I did 8 therapy sessions after I left which helped quite a bit. I have another therapy session coming up soon.
I still try to ask myself why this all happened, and have come to accept it was apparently a perfect storm of circumstances. I don't want to experience this again and have made strides in my self-talk, separation of myself from others, not taking things personally, being around others I trust completely, stopping my people-pleasing tendencies, trying to get to know others as slowly and cautiously, etc.
I don't run into anyone from my former job. I understand as a stranger on the internet it's difficult to predict how long another stranger will grieve or ruminate on a bad experience. I just want to get to point where I forget about this experience.
I'm thinking it's about one week of healing for every month I was there. I'm thinking it's about 8 more weeks to go where I'll have discernable level of mental and emotional disconnection -- that would put me at mid-March.
I'm doing things in the meantime like journaling, reading, exercising, seeing friends ... But if I could speed up this process I'd love to know how.
Do you have any tips to help get over a painful part of your life to move forward?

Tried to figure out what was going on with my slipper clutch on my arms granite brushless when I realized there were three cluch plates on one side and none on the other. when taking out the screw it broke. The clutch is disassembled but the screw is still stuch in there. How do i remove it without ruining the threads.
