Ever notice how the moment someone’s selling in a game and you call them out, they suddenly start talking about how they have ‘more money’ or ‘a better life’ than you? Like, congrats on your imaginary stock portfolio, but it’s not helping you win this match. 2025.01.22 20:10 hippymolly ECS with multiple containers hostname resolve issue
Hi,
I am working on a dev environment where I want to dpeloy my on-prem docker-compose on ecs.
The app needs to connect to the db but I got stuck in the host name issue.
In Docker compose, we could easily reference the service name when it requires a connection from one container to another in the bridge network. However, in AWS ECS, when I try to do the same with bridge mode, awsvpc mode, it still did not work.
I tried to use localhost, 127.0.01, postgres.my-namespace.local, both either of them work in my situation. What is the solution on this case?
They are both running on my EC2 instances via ECS, much appreciated it!

Was playing a Blaine deck and facing a Celebi ex with 5 energy and Serperior up, all I could do was Tail Whip with Vulpix, got the coinflip, pulled Ninetales which was literally at the bottom of my fucking deck.
Then Blaine'd twice to blow up Celebi and a Druddigon right after to flip the match. Most heart pounding moment I've ever had thus far.
Anyone else have any nail-biting moments like that?
