Well I just started doing this a little over a week ago and it just keeps getting easier to be honest. Didn't realize how snacky I was before without even being hungry. I started heavy right with a 20/4 and haven't looked back. Down 14lbs already. I'm currently 19 hours into a fast right now, and f*ck it i think I'll go 24 and see how I'm feeling then. I got a 12 hr night shift tonight sitting on my ass so I might as well. Thanks for the support everyone. ✌️

I'm not a fan of the direction Lonerbox took with his channel regarding I/P, but Destiny's coverage was far worse. It was frankly disgusting. It feels like there's much more content on Reddit and YouTube criticizing Lonerbox's stance than Destiny's.

Hi There :-) Thanks for the place to get some opinions and hopefully good ideas. I'm older and have multiple disabilities and cooccurring disorders. I am however ambulatory. I don't have many friends and the ones I do are on the other side of the country. I'm in a smallish town that's growing but hasn't made it to city yet and have lost my license till I get a vehicle and satisfy the courts requirements. I need to find a path to choose for employment and education. Although I play well with others I have been given three separate felonies for battery on a law officer. I would like to know of a profession or skilled occupation I could get into with some schooling. Also Id like some Ideas about where/how to make friends online. Thanks for you help.

Y'all. Just venting and looking for some validation here but: I'm on day nine of miserable miserable flu symptoms. I grew up in a home where I was medically neglected (i walked on a broken leg for multiple months before my mother took me in) so it took a lot of begging and convincing from my partner to even talk to my doctor, who unfortunately couldn't see me. So my girlfriend begged me to go to urgent care. I told her I've done urgent care and I didn't want to wait 2+ hours to be seen. So she told me to call and ask their wait times. Well, I found out apparently they have appointments! And they recommend you make them! So I made mine for 11:30 and got ready to come in. When I tell you i look like shit: I am dressed in my ratty sweats, no shirt under my hoody, one sock, hair unbrushed, i look sick I called from the parking lot because I know during covid they had a policy of having you wait in the car until they're ready for you because of covid symptoms. I was put on hold for almost 15 minutes because the lady said she was checking a patient in. My appointment was nearing, so I put on a mask and went inside. Nobody was being checked in. The place is a ghost town in the waiting room. Whatever, I check in and sit down. And wait. An hour past my appointment time. They finally get my vitals, the guy is totally uninterested (why do they need my weight for the flu???) And he sticks me in a room where I have now been for nearly an hour and a half. My phone is dying, my migraines are getting worse, and I'm losing patience. Ive heard two other people be brought back, treated, and escorted out in this time by the way. Why in the hell are they so insistent on appointments first of all? And why in the hell do they not honor them?

I have been losinng faith in Islam and growing distant recently, not doing my prayers well I’d like to reconnect with islam by reading the Quran but I dont understand arabic and cant read arabic very well what should I do? Should I attempt to read the Quran in English, or learn arabic? I have school exams which finish in June so it’ll be difficult for me to learn to read the Quran

What do you guys looks for when playing MMOs? For the story? Plot? Character development? Or the long term grinding/farming to get stronger and higher level? Or to play a "social" game where you team up with people to do dungeons, raids, world bosses? Or are you just so rich you want a game where you can swipe and feel powerful? Or are you so broke that you cant afford normal games so you're forced to play a F2P MMO game?
What exactly interests you?
For me it's the long term grind and pve content to play and socialise with people.

I’m wondering if anyone knows why my mechanical sewing machine is making noises like the motor is trying to go, but the needle doesn’t move. When the pedal hits a certain point the motor goes, but it’s super fast because the pedal is already pushed down so much. Does it just need oiled or should I get a whole new machine?
