El contexto rapido: siempre la trata de inutil y le habla mal y a los gritos.
La reprocha que porque no estudio de joven y la llega a comparar con mi tia que si estudio y viven mejor que nosotros (cabe aclarar que mi mama estudiaba pero dejo porque le dio depresion enterarse de que mientras estudiaba mi viejo la engañaba y nos dejaba a mi y mi hermano con mis abuelos).
todo siguio asi hasta que a mi viejo lo despiden y de ahi no trabajo como por 4 años hasta que empezo a trabajar de albañil, no le gusto y le dijo a mi vieja que mejor hace remis que pagan mas y bla bla bla.
mi vieja queda embarazada (de el obvio, es la mejor mama siempre nos cuida y no le es infiel a mi viejo) y que hace mi viejo? la engaña en el embarazo... tenia dos hermanas en camino.
yo los quiero mucho y amo a mi familia pero ya no puedo seguir viendo estos tratos de mierda por parte de mi viejo, yo lo quiero y el mejoro un poco como padre porque antes nos gritaba una banda (me decia vaga de mierda y seguia llendo al jardin), nos sigue gritando por boludeces y nos compara con otras familias.
y bueno ya me desahogue... algo que me olvide comentar es que mi vieja tenia trabajo pero la obligo a dejarlo y a dejar de ir al gym (a ella le encantaba) ahora le dice que es una gorda.
a veces nos la pasamos re bien pero otras veces tengo ganas de irme a la mierda (tengo 16) y tengo mucho mas para escribir pero bue... gracias si alguien llego a leer hasta aca mi desahogo, no sabia que escribir te podia liberar asi y disculpen mis faltas ortograficas.

So this is some late night math so take it with some salt.
First off, what the MAXIMUM EPA? Well I got it to 9.96EPA. The circumstances would have to be over the top to achieve this. Specifically, always getting too the liners in one action (via the fast ships on a 1/5 chance), 100% all pursuing checks AND getting the rare successes, and being a monster hunter.
For the highest average EPA, that would probably go to the zubmarines, they get an option on the wreckage card which gains an extra 2.5EPA compared to others, which outweighs the action saved (given the 1/5 chance)by the fast ships.
Is this result biased from owning a nyx-class zubmersible? Probably not. But I’d like to hear what everyone else thinks.

Apparently RCA artists' signed albums are not signed at all, and are actually just printed. Do you think I have a chance of getting a refund?? I guess it was too good to be true that us Europeans would have a chance of buying an actually signed album (Rosé never even released signed albums for European shops). It would also explain why it was available to buy for so long.. Also in no way am I blaming Lisa, this all comes down to RCA.

I’m working on a brand new D&D setting for a campaign that is heavily inspired by post apocalyptic settings like Fallout and Nausicaä.
The world is one of magical fantasy, but with magic and artifice getting out of control and an increaingly violent and warmongering culture leading to an apocalypse that nearly destroys the surface world, making it now much lower in magic. I was going to focus on radioactive magic damaging the world, but wanted to add some variety into the weapons used to render the planet by the various warring nations that are now extinct, and was inspired by the Elemental Orbs of Devastation from D&D. They cause natural disasters localized within a mile for one hour based on the type of element (heatwave and fires, rain and flooding, earthquakes, high winds/tornadoes) and thought to create pockets of less or non radioactive land that were instead shaped by the elemental orbs that detonated there. But with a much larger radius of effect and with no time limit on how long the region is under the magical weather change. Also the concept of genasi (half elemental humanoid races) would be tied to these locations as the native populations mutating. So far these are the ideas I have
Elemental orbs of:
Fire - detonated on coast/ocean, creating a constant and endless Ocean fire fueled by the orb at the bottom of the sea, culture adapting around it since the area isn’t irradiated despite constant flames.
Water -land of endless rains, but cycles of heavy and light rains, found lots of inspiration and posts on this already
Air - a valley of high winds that pushes toxins, debris, radioactive particles out, a relatively safe haven hidden away
Earth - constant earthquakes, people who have adapted to the shaky earth and people who have adapted to the skies above. - lots of posts found on this one for inspiration too
Ice -constant blizzards -unsure of what would be most interesting for the original/base environment to be
Lightning -constant thunderstorms
I have found lots of posts and resources on settings with endless earthquakes and rain, but not so much the others and wanted to see if anyone had fun ideas to play with!

Whether we get Jimmy or not or whoever else we all think will help benefit this team through trades, let's not forget to still cheer on and find ways to make the best of any situation no matter how dire it seems, coz the roster has more value than most people think :-)

No draft picks? No problem :-) we will cross the bridge when we get there... When we want something and there is a challenge in front of you, we oftentimes find ways to solve the problem in the short term. Is it the best solution? Like ANYTHING in life, everything is clearer in hindsight, and sometimes are up to interpretation even after the fact. But the fact is, there is lots of VALUE throughout the entire roster that definitely can be traded for a brighter future if the front office wanted to go that route.
People might not appreciate the team as a whole (coz they haven't been as successful as we hoped they would be this season) but individually, we have:
The 8th best scorer in the world, a top 10-15 player in the league who is still young at 28 years old, a bench player (who's really a starter) who really can score 30 in his sleep if his coach let's him, the leading 3pt shooter in accuracy last year at 46% who is now at 43% shooting and 12th in the league after starting out the season horrendously, the only player in history to score 21pts and 11 boards in his debut off the bench, a starting PG who is 17th in the league in assists (6.1) and only turns it over 1.3 times a game, one of the best steals in the Rookie class who has a more polished offensive game than advertised but is the best defensive stopper in his class, another second round steal who can finish around the rim if given opportunities and has an above average Basketball IQ and just needs reps to polish his skills, An accomplished Vet who is also shooting 42.2% from three and is 18th best in the league, a springy backup center who is a better in passing than most realize, a center who has started for a lot of teams and was able to average a double double for most of his career and could be a serviceable starter if motivated, a 7'3" freak of nature which some team may want to start at SF for kicks, a backup PG who also has a low AST/to ratio but is aggressive offensively when need be...
In short, the future WILL look bright if you are CREATIVE enough, because there is a lot of value in this roster individually.
It all depends on how good the FO is in marketing and selling the pieces if they wanted to.
But for now, since we still aren't blowing the team up, let's see where we can get with what we have and just live in the moment ❤️
The future trends to take care of itself... No need to stress out about draft picks for the meantime coz we can get those in the future for whoever we want to move. Just needs some thinking out of the box and an appreciation of what we got as trade assets in our team right now.

The settings that always reset are: sound including volume levels(I usually mute music and lobby music), reticle( resets to default reticle every time), accessibility(colorblind).
The settings that reset but not each time: aim settings both individual and general, character “press to hold” type settings)
Does anyone else on console experience this? I have plenty of memory in my PS5 and nobody has access to my profile.

I was reading an article, psychology-related, that was arguing that meaning doesn't exist in events, but that we make it up ourselves.
For example, if someone was to get angry at you for making mistakes as a child, and you concluded that you're a failure, the meaning that you ascribed to the event didn't exist/there was no correct meaning. All that existed was the event.
I find this hard to believe. I think there are "correct" and "incorrect" interpretations of events. For example, if I see someone yelling and screaming at someone and calling them derogatory names, is it not the correct interpret that the person is angry at them?
Am I missing something here?

i've recently made a server (one or two days ago) and for some reason two bots i've added are not working. everytime i sent a command they reply with something among the lines of "the application didn't respond" (can't say for sure if it's word for word because im in my native language)
initially i thought that they didn't have the admin permission but i've checked and they do, the bots in question are the Sheep Bot and the nMarkov Bot, i don't know much about bots but this has been bothering me, does anyone know if it's a general or just a me thing?

32 Male 5'6" 200lbs, I believe I was bitten by a mouse in my sleep. Have three small healing pits on my leg. We recently had a nice problem this winter. Not 100% sure it's a mouse bite but it looks that way. I feel fine woke up with a scratchy throat but nothing major. The wound seems to be healing great. Not too painful when I touch it. Any advice?

Nursing is a joke. I’ve been a nurse for 5 years. I have only ever worked in the ICU, all specialty’s, with my most experience being in Trauma. I have traveled for the past 4 years, I’ve been so many different places and to be honest… they all suck in their own unique way. My most recent contract was canceled abruptly due to conflict with the staff, ended up becoming a DNH for one of the biggest systems in NJ. This was really just the icing on the cake for me. To me, nursing is thankless, it’s frustrating, and most of all.. draining. I don’t really mean physically draining, I mean it sucks the life out of you. I remember being a 21 y/o new grad, I had excitement… now I’m just numb. I’m bothered by entitled doctors that for some reason think I’m their personal servant, I’m tired of hospitals (corporations) that offer pennies to nurses, when we are the ones who do the most work, and to top it off, patients! Patients (not all, many are grateful, and kind) I can go on for hours and hours about how patients have disrespected me in some type of way. I now have signed a contract, that I really don’t want. During compliance I was forced to shave my beard (I’m a Muslim) for a fit test with a mask I had to pay for, and that I will most definitely never use. I search for staff jobs, all offering the same shitty pay. To me, it’s just laughable at this point. I don’t even feel anger any more, just over it. This isn’t some pity party post. I really want to know what my colleagues think about the state of nursing. What changes could be made to make this a more respectable profession. Thank you to all nurses out, you all truly have my upmost respect.
