Good Evening everyone. Currently in the process of getting my medical card are there any doctors in jacksonville or surrounding areas (St augustine-Palm Coast) that do legit and cheap first patient evaluations. I have an appointment on friday for a place in orange park but the evaluation is 300$ plus 70$ for the card if i were to get approved. For reference i don’t have a doctors note or not currently getting treatment for anything but i do have anxiety and insomnia i was told it was a pay to play sort of system so now im just looking for a better option thats not going to cost nearly 400$. I absolutely loved Chrono Trigger, my first playthrough was on PlayStation Final Fantasy Collection which had Chrono Trigger and FF6(talk about your value!). The PlayStation edition included some anime cut scenes. It's a mere 10 minutes, but it was awesome.
Considering that Chrono Trigger had such passionate fanbase along with anime legend Akira Toriyama playing such a critical role in art design you would think it would be a no brainer. For example Dragon Quest was turned into an anime. Why wasn't Chrono Trigger?

My wife (30F) and I (31M) have been together for over ten years. We own our home together, have children together, and genuinely love each other. She’s my best friend, though at times it feels that this is all that she is.
She has struggled hormonally since we’ve been together.. I’m not going to go into specifics, but this has led to her having a wide range in her libido, as well as added difficulty to getting pregnant. There are times where everything is normal, both of our libido’s are high, and we’re constantly having fun, passionate sex. There are other times, sometimes months, even a year at one point where we have little to no sex, and if we do, there is absolutely no passion or desire from her side.
We’re a very open couple and have discussed this when it has strained the relationship. I've been extremely supportive and understanding but it is difficult at times. There are points where she has said she felt (in that moment) that she could go the rest of her life without ever having sex again. I’ve been open that I simply can’t do that, and she’s tried to meet in the middle at times when she’s not in the mood, but as of late it’s been another tough spot in our relationship.
I’ve brought it up on several occasions. As I know that in part, her eating habits play a role in her libido/ hormones. Typically if she’s having issues if she cleans up her diet (I always do too) within a month or two things seemingly are back to normal.
The problem is, she has no desire too at this point. She eats ice cream every night, (this is not a weight issue, she’s not overweight) and has eaten pretty poorly for her in general, constantly stocking junk food in the pantry, ordering take-out, etc.
It doesn’t help that I am an extremely physical person. I love to hug, kiss, cuddle, etc. and when she’s like this, she isn’t into any of it. At best I’ll get a quick peck, but most of the time when I try to hug her she says she doesn’t want to be touched.
I’m left feeling really lonely. In the past when I’ve brought this up she has tried to be more physical, though not always. I’ve told her I want our passionate love life back, and she seems to shrug it off.
In the past she’s mentioned (when going through a dry spell) that I should fulfill my needs elsewhere. (as in, cheat on her). She even said at times that I’d probably love it. I’ve always taken this as an insecure statement, not believing she has meant it.
Though lately, she has brought it up on several occasions.
One night after we both showered, I tried to make a move and she denied me, and told me to go masterbate (a common response when she doesn’t want anything to do with me). I told her I wanted to have passionate sex, but she reminded me she wasn’t in the mood. She picked up her book and started reading, so I rolled over and tried to go to sleep. After a few seconds, she said something along the lines of, “You should find a woman that could help you with that…” she paused, and I remained silent. After a long pause, she said simply, “No, that’s icky…”
Another night I came home from work, she was wearing something cute, so I commented on it multiple times. She appreciated it at first, but after I told her how great she looked again, she said, “Alright, you’re not getting anything tonight, you’ll have to find someone else for that.”
She’s made a few other comments along the lines of I should find a side piece, or something like that after denying me. This has happened at least 3 or 4 other times then again last night.
After the kids were in bed, I was watching TV while she was reading. I tried to make a move, rubbing her thigh, and she let it go on for a minute, until she denied me again. I tried to talk to her about it, telling her I felt lonely, I wanted to feel the passion between us as it has been a little while. She said simply, that she wasn’t in the mood for it, and that that sounded terrible.
I was a little offended, and told her so, but she said that was the truth and went back to reading. After a little while I went up to take a shower and she followed. I showered while she brushed her teeth, hair, etc. She sparked up some conversation by saying she just hasn’t been in the mood, her hormones are all out of whack again. I told her I understood but still had needs and felt alone physically and sexually. She responded simply by saying I should find that with someone else. I just replied that I wanted it with her and she simply shrugged and went back to what she was doing.
We didn’t discuss it further. We didn’t really discuss anything further. After she showered, she was reading and I went to bed.
I can’t help but wonder if she is just insecure, or if she is seriously considering this. In all honesty, I wish it wasn’t this way. I wish she was up for it. I wish her libido matched mine and we were making passionate love regularly. But it’s simply not the case (right now).
I haven’t shown her interest or expressed in any way that I’d be open to going outside of the marriage to fulfill my needs. In all honesty, I feel like it’s a trap, and I don’t want to strain the relationship by admitting this, but I have my needs, and if she can’t or won’t help me with them. I need something.
Again, I love my wife. I have no desire to leave her, but I feel like I'm in a lose, lose situation. Either I continue down this road of a sexless relationship, or I admit I do want to be with someone else if she can’t or won’t and I break her heart.
Has anyone been in a similar situation. Any advice?

I live with my parents and I pay rent. I'm very sensitive to sounds and smells. My parents smoke cigarettes. They smoked in the house my whole life. It makes me sick. It took me years to convince them to smoke outside, but they finally do, even though It's winter and freezing cold outside, they still do it for me. I hate having to be like a dictator in the house, where everything has to go my way...
My mom is kinda weird. She sings and whistles and yawns really loud even when I'm right next to her and I just wish she wouldn't because it is agitating to me. I wear heavy duty earmuffs around them but they don't block out all sound. My dad is quiet, but he uses fabric softener and he smells SO STRONG and it makes me sick. I try to avoid them as much as possible.
I want to ask them to change these things, but I just hate having to be so controlling about what they do. Idk if I should talk to them about it or not.
