I am thinking of preparing a material particularly mains oriented. I have tried reading the Sunya and OnlyIAS booklet, but that is pretty hectic with many irrelevant topics, so need someone with whom I could study daily and discuss and make mains oriented notes, with relevant schemes, examples and data facts. On my first day of Instacart, I was getting batches that were all $16 and up and made $70 easily after 2 hours. After making myself eligible for bulk batches, Rx and alcohol, none of my orders today were more than $16 aside from 1 bulk batch order which took almost 1 hr 25 to complete shopping.
Is this expected for new shoppers?

Last year was my first attempt at gardening, and it overall went well, many thanks to Garden in a Box. I also learned some of the quirks of my yard’s sun exposure.
I planted a rock garden last May, in a strip that gets full day sun. The plants there thrived. Being a newbie, I didn’t really plan ahead. Around mid-Sept, that spot lost nearly all direct light because of the sun dipping below a south-facing fence. I’m hoping those full-sun plants are ok with not having full exposure all year.
The other 2 big spots are even harder. Both get great direct light from April to June, but then all dappled shade July to August, when the sun rises high to be blocked by two overhanging trees (of heaven…). Then blasted again when the sun comes back down. My new columbine did great in the direct light April to June, and in the dappled shade until August. But September was brutal on them.
I’m sure there are some rules or tricks for planning and dealing with garden plots whose light changes throughout the summer (and/or throughout the year). Thank you for any tips or experience!

Hi So I’m an Aus citizen and this is for my partner who has overstayed for several years now to the point that his passport has expired. Any advice on what to do next? He will submit the bridging E visa to leave lawfully but does that come first or the passport application that could flag Aus systems? We are planning to move to his country together and apply for a an AUS Defacto partner visa from there, so needing to gather all evidence before this. We had an agent who was very good but they quite literally died, leaving us $800 out of pocket. Any advice would be amazing, thankyou.

There are two kinds of people in the tech world. The first are those who focus on technologies they started learning in college itself and came via the traditional path of web development, DSA, and learning programming languages like Python, Java, etc. Even AI/ML engineers do most of their groundwork while in college. They have a strong foundation, as these concepts are imbibed and their fundamentals are built over four years. For them, new concepts are just extensions of what they have already learned.
The second kind are those who work with technologies like SAP, Oracle ERP, Salesforce, or SharePoint, but had no prior knowledge of them. They start learning on the job, gaining knowledge through experience. They often have limited opportunities since these technologies are used by fewer companies, and such specific skills are typically not taught in college. Their foundation in these areas is generally weak, making the learning curve frustrating. Opportunities and pay are often restricted. These individuals don’t usually practice platforms like LeetCode because most of these technologies are associated with service-based companies, where placements rely more on aptitude and basic programming skills rather than advanced DSA.
I fall into the second category, working on Oracle Fusion Technical and OIC (it's an Oracle Software Product). As someone who graduated from IIIT (ECE) and cracked GATE with an AIR of around 1000, I was also a 4-star coder on CodeChef. However, I am now working with a technology I only learned about on the very first day of my job. Despite having 5.5 years of experience (currently at a so-called Big 4 firm) and a CTC of around 20 LPA, I feel like I’m just managing things.
I often feel that I’m not good at anything. I rely on logic and Google to solve problems, but I never feel confident about my skills. At this point, I don’t think I could even crack an interview.
On projects, new requirements often frustrate me because the work is driven by client billing. This means you have to pick up anything new, even if you’re given less time than required to learn it properly. The learning path is very uncertain—you never know what you’ll need to learn next. The technology landscape is vast, which makes it even more overwhelming.
Looking back at where I wanted to be, considering the effort I put in during my graduation, I now feel like just a below-average tech professional.
Please suggest what I should do to improve my situation.

Sorry for my bad English. I’m a second-year medical student in Laos, and in my 6th year, I’ll go to Braunschweig, Germany, to complete my graduate studies. I would like to ask for your advice about residency in the future. I’m really confused about choosing between neurosurgery and visceral surgery.
Neurosurgery is more competitive for international students. I've heard that everyone can have a chance to work but olders will let me go around and do paperwork a lot, wont let me do surgeon. Although it offers a higher salary and sounds more impressive—at least, it hinders my development. It seems more prestigious than visceral surgery. However, visceral surgery is less competitive, and I can have a stable job with a corresponding salary along with opportunities to develop my skills. But maybe it’s not as “cool” as neurosurgery. That is my dream when I was young and I really want to get into there but I'm worried not only about the scores required to apply for the program (my scores are just barely enough to pass final exams T_T) also about the ability to develop my skills in the future.
I know this is a silly question, but I really need an answer to help me plan my future. Thank you for your help.
