Hello!
I wondered if there were any ruckers in the group who use their Apple Watch to record their walking/hiking with a ruck. I feel like my calories/minutes of exercise are under what they should be- it’s hardly more burned than when I’m just walking. Granted, I usually don’t walk very fast but I’m currently rucking with 30 pounds which is about 20% of my body weight, so I should be burning a decent amount of calories.
Is there a better workout option I should be using instead of just a walk?

I feel so alone and ugly and like a complete loser a lazy one too. Ive felt that in my not very long life ive always been a disappointment. I was always ignored as a child while my siblings were treated so well and praised and punished and taught while me on the other hand was completely ignored i do have a therapist, but i dont feel that dhe helps me she feels so fake and manipulative. I should be grateful that i at least have one. Im just done, i dont want to fight anymore i dont want to see myself in the mirror i dont want to feel ignored and unwanted

2025.01.23 03:23 Tough-Industry-6279 Cardio stress test in the morning and i have prep questions
Female 30 180lbs 5'8" Hoshimotos, psoriasis, long QT Zepbound, taltz, levothyroxine
I am not supposed to eat or drink anything for 4 hours before the test... my stress test is tomorrow at 10am....so I would have to wake up at 4 or 5 am to eat?? Should I do that??? I feel like fasting overnight and then exercising that late in the day is going to absolutely wreck me and ruin the results?
Also when they called to do check in two days ago I was fine but yesterday i randomly spiked a 103 fever (took ibuprofen and drank water like my life depended on it and now its around 99/100) and I have nasal congestion and I've been using afrin, is that ok? I took ibupofen about around 8pm, and my test is tomorrow at 10. If I wake up fine, will I still be able to do it?

My most consistent dog stayed with another sitter when I wasn’t available. She escaped and got hit by a car. I feel awful. I loved her like my own and cared for her since the owner adopted her. She was only 4. I keep imagining the scene and it breaks my heart (and angers me) that she passed in such a horrible way due to another sitter’s negligence. I gave the owner something to remember her by. But it just hurts so much.

Como lo menciona el título, a mi ex pareja (M21) no le ha bajado desde octubre, terminamos la relación a inicios de noviembre y por cuestiones de salud mental dejé de contestarle a sus mensajes insistentes en querer volver a la relación. Cabe aclarar ella tiene el Diu desde mayo del 2024 yo la acompañé en ese proceso, cuando teníamos relaciones yo usaba protección siempre.
El día de hoy me habló por mensaje, ya que estamos en la misma universidad y el mismo departamento, me comentó que necesitaba hablar conmigo, textualmente me puso esto.
Hola, ¿cómo estás?. Quisiera hablar contigo sobre algunas cosas, no es con el fin de molestarte. ¿Tienes tiempo algún día cercano? A lo que yo le pregunto que si de qué quería hablar, y me dijo que eran varias cosas y mencionó algo que no le había pasado (menstruacion) después de eso me puso que si no quería hablarlo estaba bien. Yo le pregunté por qué no me lo había mencionado antes, y me dijo que tenía otras preocupaciones, quedamos en hablar mañana.
También mencionó que su abuela está muy delicada de salud ya que es una persona muy mayor (M92). Entonces sólo me queda hablarlo con ella, no si de alguna manera quiera hablar sobre nosotros ( lo cual no estoy interesado ya que a día de hoy tras algunos meses en terapia he podido sentirme mejor después de esa ruptura) de alguna manera de que querrá tocar varios temas supongo que en manera de que hablemos, y le brinde mi atención debido a que cuando le pregunté que si qué más quería hablar, dijo que eran cosas que no me importarían lo cual se me hizo extraño por qué entonces porque quiere hablarlos, el caso es no sé si su periodo haya sido afectado por todo lo que pasamos después de la ruptura, las noticias sobre su abuela y todo lo demás que no me dijo ya que es una persona muy nerviosa, y fue diagnosticada con ansiedad y depresión, también en su momento cuando se hizo el procedimiento del DiU le comentaron que con el paso del tiempo podría dejar de sangrabajarle. Agradecería el tiempo que tomarán en leer esto y sus comentarios!
