Hi,
Firstly, not 100% sure if I have allergies, however recently got told at work that I clear my throat too much. I had my tonsils and adenoids removed when I was a child, in addition to being diagnosed with mild asthma, and at one stage (8-10 years old - currently 30M) bronchitis, though I suspect this was from smoking, which I have since stopped (though dry herb vape every now and then).
I feel like I have phlegm in my throat/nose often, and I have to make nasal/throat noises to ease the 'tickle' or discomfort. I used to use nasal sprays a long time ago, though I think it was for a persistent blocked nostil(s). In the past I used Nasonex (Mometasone Furoate) and Beconase (beclomethasone dipropionate).
I've started using nasal sprays again today, and I'm wondering the following:
1) How long can I use Beconase (beclomethasone dipropionate) for? I think it's 1-3 months
2) After the 1-3 month period of use, would I be able to safely change to a different nasal spray (with a different chemical) and avoid the negative consequences of prolonged use of Beconase (beclomethasone dipropionate)?

Okay I know this is a long shot but I lost my Fitbit Luxe while skating on the Rideau Canal yesterday. The purple strap sometimes unclips and it fell off my wrist. I know I had it at the start (Rideau) because I started a workout and then it wasn't there at the end after 7.8 km of skating.. I stopped for a break on a bench at Fifth Ave rest area and the Bronson rest area and went back to search those places with no luck. I was hoping for some good karma and checked with both Bevertails locations as well as the first aid trailer to see if someone turned it in and I left my number with all of them. I know the chances are slim and they flooded and swept last night so it might be under the ice at this point but if by some miracle someone picked it up and sees this post please please return it to the first aid trailer 🙏🙏 Also any up votes or comments of encouragement/sympathy to boost the visibility of this post is appreciated as well, just keep it positive please to manifest good things to come. I cancelled one order (ever, one) yesterday since it was freezing, late, and there were zero drivers working whatsoever for over an hour and clearly there weren't going to be. Next day, the Leave It At My Door option is disabled and a PIN is required, and support says no one can do anything about it. I cannot do the Hand It To me option. This is an extreme accessibility issue to punitively limit a customer's account, in a way that no human being can revert, for using the option (that they give you!) to cancel an order when no driver was ever assigned to it. Anyone have any solutions?
