I want to swap out the dial on my CF datejust 36mm with a gen dial. My plan is to purchase a gen dial from Ebay, and bring it to a watch maker for the swap. I assume I can do this. Or am I mistaken? Will it perfectly fit?

After hitting GM, I thought that FINALLY I would have teammates with function brains and fingers. Still, game after game after game, I see double support ults, people walking off maps, tanks pushing around corners without healers, dps ulting into support ults that are already active, healers with reaction times so slow I think they might be playing on opioids, and a million other things. How is it possible that these people got to GM and still haven’t figured out how to play the game. Do I have to hit Eternity before I get competent randoms? Too 500 maybe??? I really want to know where the game stops feeling like a 1v6.

So, I have been dating my boyfriend for almost a year. he's an amaing guy, funny and caring. There's just one thing that has been bothering me, and I'm starting to feel like I might be i the wrong for how I handled it.
He has this girl best friend, who he's been close with since high school. They've always been super close, texting, calling, hanging out, and Ive never really had problem with it, until recently, Over the past few months, I've noticed that Jane gets a little too touchy around him, and she says things like "You know I'ev always liked you, right" And also my problem is he lets her do and say it, saying he can't do anything about it. I never directly confronted him about it, but it definitely made me uncomfortable.
Last week, my boyfriend and I were hanging out, and he mentioned he was going out with Jane the next day. I don't know why, but something just snapped in me. I confronted him about my concern and he quickly said "nothing to worry about" because he only saw her as a friend, but I sometimes see he's getting sweet or clingy too or idk. I'm just too uncomfortable about their friendship, and I am really being upset of him enabling her to continue doing it. It's making me think that he is letting that girl disrespect me anytime and doing nothing about it. So I broke up with him on the spot. I told him I couldn't deal with the dea of their super close and fishy friendship. He was shocked and kept asking why I was so upset about it, like wtf doesn't he have a common sense?
Did I overreact? A lot of people are saying I'm in the wrong for breaking up so quickly without giving him a chance to explain or work through it, but I think I gave him enough chances to fix the situation. But also part of me feels like I just couldn't rtust the situaton.

I'm behind on AI, and just recently got into using ChatGPT.
tbh, i am someone who honestly doesn't follow tech. I know just a tad bit more about AI or "what openAI is doing" than a common blue collar worker. Hell i don't even know what the latest iOS or iPhone release had in it that was different. simply put, at this point in my career, my hobbies after work are non-tech things. thus, i dont use AI a ton.but i do use chatgpt for...
- it often can find answers to Qs faster than me googling
- it can help me write simple code in a language i don't know. "how can iterate and filter an array in python?"
- i love it for things like having to write a bash script (idk bash) to automate different things needed for our CI.
- sometimes i will be lazy and ask chatgpt to do write some "complex" function for me to save me brain power: "given the [params] where [conditions], output [expected]".... but i of course read every line and change it to be "my code".
to me, the above 4 examples are using AI "FOR my job". it helps my productivity. yet, the way management is pushing AI tools and asking me to use them more, is like they want me to use AI "to DO my job". i will use the examples above to assist me in building out our APIs, or FE UI. But I'm not about to ask copilot "build me a user interface that [does features] and an API that [does this feature]". I will spend much more time altering what chatgpt gives me than it would for me to do it my way.
also, i get paid more than i deserve. so this isn't a low paying company trying to squeeze juniors/mid developers to be bettefaster with the help of AI. Im kinda confused. Maybe i'm the idiot tho. again, im usually behind on tech, so maybe i just dont get what they see.
i do feel kind of stupid though when the entire team is talking about the AI tools they are using, and I have nothing to add because I'm asking chatgpt how long to sear a NY Strip Steak on a 450deg pan... i'm not asking it do my job.

I dont know if its been talked about but with the fact that Ganju and Nel disapered in the anime is it possible they have gone to free Harribel so that she could maybe help out in a fight in Cour 4
I know that manga wise Ganju and Nell get seperated looking for Grimmjow and Ganju appears to help Chad fight the statues and Nell appears to rescue everyone from Askin's death trap but with big changes coming to Cour 4 this could work
Also dont ask why no idea I dont actauly want it but crack ship idea if Ganju does help rescue Harribel then Ganju the Pyrotechnic with the power to turn stuff into Sand x the Shark who rules over the Desert again dont ask ots completly random and just for fun
