I’m trying to save money for a Switch 2 and I wanna know whats the LOWEST i can spend on food with adequate protein.
Currently I can do like 800 aed per month while getting in a good amount of protein. Is there any way to make that number lower to ~400 and also not make the food taste like ass? (I have savings but I don’t wanna use them for a Switch 2 💀)
But also I would like to see how diff people spend on food. Careem is convenient but quite costly.

hi just wondering if anyone has been through this, i’m on prozac for pure ocd, agoraphobia, anxiety, and depression and im now on day 3 and feeling pretty paranoid and scared and disassociated something that is not foreign to me at all but definitely exacerbated. same thing happened when i trialed clomipramine. has anyone been through this? does it get better?

It’s not an easy choice to move on from someone you love. It’s not an easy choice to put yourself first. It’s okay to end up being not okay with polyamory - even if you thought you were. It’s not selfish or “giving up” to realize that you were compromising with what you actually wanted.
I know a lot of people here are looking for advice and help, but I’m sure there’s others like me that were sitting here thinking this advice would somehow justify what they knew in their heart was wrong.

I’m considering getting a pasta extruder. I want to be able to make my own short pasta like macaroni, fusilli, penne, and so on. I’ve had a Marcato Regina and didn’t like it because it was too fragile. This seems to be a sturdier device.
I’m also hoping I can purchase additional dies for it. I’m aware of pastidea.com to purchase aftermarket dies but I don’t see this device among the products listed.
For context, I do have a Marcato Atlas that I love, and I currently use it to make spaghetti (as well as other pasta sheets), but I think an extruder could be better for spaghetti.
Has anyone used this extruder before, and if so, what were your thoughts on it? Do you have a better alternative for a pasta extruder?
Is there a website, either pastidea.com or otherwise, that makes compatible dies with this machine?

I’ve mostly been a home body throughout our relationship never clubbing or anything like that when I do go out it’s usually for girl time. Anyway, I told my partner I wanted to hang out with my friend 21f on Sunday and he got upset stating that he feels he barely sees me because of work… I told him we have Friday and Saturday to hang out and he got upset and said it wasn’t enough and there was no reason for me to go 2 hours away with my friend when we can be closer like an hour… I told him I simply wanted a day with my girl friend to hang out and catch up… and he said he still wasn’t okay with it and just walked away… (we’ve been living together all this time except for the year we split)

2025.01.23 04:18 Restingmomface What is with people lately wanting to adopt and then saying they can't take the dog for a couple of weeks because they have a trip planned.
This is already happened a couple of times. I am a foster not a boarder and I am not holding the dog for another 2-3 weeks. My rescue needs to add some word age on the paperwork or website. It is very entitled behavior and having been a foster for 10 yrs this is new and bizarre and happening more often.

Build info: GPU- MSI Radeon RX 6600 CPU- Ryzen 5 5600X Motherboard- B550 Tomahawk
So for some reason my pc keeps having audio clip in and out when I’m playing different games. My drivers are updated and I’ve already run an audio troubleshoot and it’s happend across multiple games. Can anyone help? I am hooked up to a tv via hdmi cable I tried swapping the cable and it’s still giving me issues.

As i’m writing this, i am 14 years old and i would like some advice, and how to overcome or embrace my fears to become a better person. Currently my biggest fear is living a life where i wasn’t happy, being forgotten working behind a desk my whole life to chase some dream where in the end it wasn’t as good as i thought it would be. I see people my age who do incredible things and have people worldwide who love them, and it makes me afraid that I’ll amount to nothing, i understand that this can make me sound privileged for this to be what I’m afraid of. But the idea that i’ll work until I’m 60 and live a mediocre, monotonous life scares me.

Hi everyone, if a person has a mixture of 0% ratings, a few >0% ratings, and then some that didn't get a service connected ratings, what is the recommended course of action to "try again" a number of years later (for everything...due to it all getting worse)?
I feel like the answer for the ones that got rated (even 0%) are just an "increase", but I'm a little confused on how to go about the ones that didn't get service connected originally.

2025.01.23 04:18 andyk192 Just played with the new HEVC transcoding and it's pretty awesome
I saw that they released the experimental HEVC transcoding feature into the beta version of Plex and decided to play around with it. It seems to work really well so far. Playing the 4k remux of The Matrix it transcoded it down to 20 megabit per second 1080p with almost no loss in quality that I could see. It definitely does use more resources though. My Quadro P400 which can usually manage two simultaneous 4k to 1080p transcodes was totally maxed out but was keeping up fine with just the one transcode running.

2025.01.23 04:18 Puzzleheaded-Try2557 My BPD and trauma ruined my relationship
It’s over. We met up today. He started crying because I told him that not changing his relationship status on Facebook showed he didn’t love me. He cried because he did so much to me and he felt it didn’t mean anything. I feel like a petty pos. My jealousy and trust isssues ruined everything. Also that he needed space and I was clingy ruined everything.
I’m unemployed, overweight, and antisocial. Whereas he’s super successful, handsome, cool, and popular. And he loved me and thought I was beautiful. Why couldn’t I just accept his love? Why did it take me until he cried to realize wow this person really did love me. It’s because I could not believe anyone let alone someone as wonderful as he could love me and I drove our relationship into the ground.
I don’t know how I’m supposed to get out of this. He was everything to me for 1 year and 8 months.
