2025.01.23 06:48 detectivelokifalcone just a bit of an update I was unable to find the last guy and that is after logging off and logging back on the next day. but currently it's not a bad game and it's definitely very different than the first game i played. not a big fan of Icarus hes ok scout but not much at finding the target.
 | so far the stories interesting. there are some differences yet it does feel very similar mechanic wise so it's not too bad and getting used to. it has alot of things to do, some curiosity questions. one how to get rid of bounties I'm like on a two at this point. following up those bounties should I take the bounties on the boards of Hermes or no. Listening back to this episode where Jordan interviews Ronson and they discuss Mikovits actions in response to her work associating Human chronic fatigue with a mouse virus. Long story short, she made bold claims that couldn't be replicated. She doubled down, eventually hiding the cell lines & having a lab assistant steal the lab notes. I know from Jordan & Ronson it's just them not understanding, but it's a huge deal in research to actively prevent your work from being checked & mishandle official lab notes. Jordan & Ronson are shocked about her warrant & her 5 days in jail after hiding out on a boat. I just keep shouting in my head "she stole official lab notes from a publicly funded health research lab! Of course there's a warrant!" Any lab folks can clarify from me (who just did labs in college for my Chem Eng degree) but the gist is by doing that she damaged the value of all the research and notes by breaking the equivalent of "chain of custody". Lab notes are how researchers/labs back up their work officially, when handled properly stand up in court, and can be invaluable for future scientists.

Just venting a bit! I just turned 24 and have already fully ruptured BOTH of my Achilles tendons. Both while playing badminton (I play for a private club and school teams) and both times I was advised to go down the operative route. First rupture happened when I was 16 and the second one happened last week. Doctors and PT both keep telling me they haven’t seen anyone as young as me rupturing both tendons. Was told I could even be a case study! I keep feeling like it’s the worst kind of “special” or “unique” I could be. Just plain bad luck or genetics I guess? Hope I’m not alone. My best wishes to anyone of any age having to go through this process!!

Dear redditors, I am in trouble and need help. I downloaded a zip file from internet. It was a 1KB file, on unzipping it became a 680MB setup.exe file ! The zip file was password protected. Since it is more than 650 MB, cannot be uploaded to virustotal as well. Defender etc don't flag it as a virus since it has digital signature of Nvidia. stupidly even ran the setup.exe multiple times. Each time, nothing seemed to happen. It just opened and I think it went to background. On going through articles, I came to realise it is a Virus. The digital sign is of Nvidia(probably stolen by hackers few years ago as per a report). am not able to find if it is still running in my system and if anyone is familiar of this virus? No suspicious activity in task manager. will try to paste the URL of file when get back to my PC.
