I am a newbie in mutual funds. I have started SIP just this month. I'm actually looking to invest for a long term of atleast 10 years on the funds I have chosen. Below are my investments: 1. Nippon India small cap - 5000 2. UTI nifty 50 index fund - 2500 3. Motilal Oswal midcap fund - 2500.
I have chosen these funds and not other categories like flexi cap and multicap and gold ETF, since I have not done full research on that category and will start investing in gold ETF and flexicap once I get a few ideas. These three funds mentioned above, I have chosen based on expense ratios and returns for last three years.
I know buying stocks require some time and hence I am in learning phase in that. Also, from this august I ll be closing out on a EMI of 25000 and planning on investing that into Mutual funds too.
Are the three Mutual funds okay for my portfolio? Should I do any changes, I'm okay to lose any money now by stopping if, if it is going to cost me even more in the long run. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Risk: Moderate
Investment horizon: 10years
Goal: Early Retirement (Currently working in IT, 28 Age)

Me and my partner are in our first rental in Brisbane. When we inspected the property and submitted our application we asked them if it was a short term rental in which they said no as they would have needed to put that on the advert.
Our lease was sent to us and we signed for 6 months thinking that we would just renew the lease again when it came to it.
We have just been told the owner is not wanting to go another 6 months. ( We actually found out from the owners father 1 month into renting who came round to fix something that it would more than likely only be a 6month lease )
Any laws or regulations the real estate has broken here ? We would not have taken this place if we 100% knew this was a short term rental for 6 months.

I'm starting to go out of my mind trying to find the perfect sling bag that'll let me take my Sony A6700 with me when I'm traveling while also keeping a low profile.
For starters, I usually bring my Osprey Farpoint 40L with me when I travel, so it has to be small enough to be counted as a personal item on flights.
It needs to fit:
- A Sony A6700 with a Sigma 18-50mm lens attached
- An additional prime lens (not a dealbreaker)
- A slim Anker 10000mAH power bank
- Airpods, keys, extra camera batteries
But most importantly, it should have a secure spot for my passport. This one I'm not willing to compromise on, since I've always put my passport in a sling for easy access at airports.
That last bit has me stumped a lot, I'll find a really nice bag and it either has no good place to put my passport or it won't really fit my camera. I tried a Tomtoc Aviator T33 and it fit both, but the lack of padding and dividers made me really anxious as the camera was sliding around whenever I adjusted the bag's position.
So in addition to that, the bag should have:
- At least a little bit of padding to protect the camera
- Some structure to it, and/or velcro dividers
After a long search, I've only been able to come up with:
- Hex Ranger Mini 2.5L (Not sure if it can even fit the camera with the zoom lens attached).
- Hex Ranger DSLR Sling 8L (Should be able to carry everything but I'm worried it's going to look too big on me as a fairly small person)
- Peak Design Sling 6L (Not a fan of the poor organization, I could fit the camera and lens and I guess the power bank could sit in the tablet sleeve?)
- Peak Design Sling 3L (Yeah IDK how I'm even going to fit all that, again the lack of compartments here don't help)
I have no way of testing either Hex Ranger since I live in Canada and I'll have to buy them from B&H, which makes returns complicated. I'm trying to find any other suggestions before I pull the trigger.
And before anyone says Wotancraft, I'm worried the taxes and import fees from shipping the bag to Canada would shoot the price out of my budget.
