They performed a rectal examination but didn’t find anything unusual. It had been a long time since I last saw blood. The next day, I had more blood tests, and my hematocrit was 38, so I didn’t investigate it further.
In November, one day I went to the bathroom five times. The fifth time, on the third wipe, I noticed blood. There was more than usual—about the size of a coin, bright red. I live in Greece, and you have to book appointments with doctors at least a month in advance. For example, I booked an appointment in November for January 20, but on January 16, they canceled it. I now have an appointment on January 31, but I don’t know what to expect. I plan to see a public doctor to write me referrals for tests so I can figure out what’s going on.

Instead if i remove character body 2d and directly use it on sprite2d to tween then the motion is not smooth at all

I have two 8 month old kittens (one male, one female). When I'm home to play with them, they are sleeping/sleepy and not as interested in playing (especially the lazy male), and are awake and most active when I have to be asleep. This is the time when they look for things to keep themselves entertained, aka become destructive and cause trouble (despite the presence of the many toys I have out for them). I often wake up to messes to clean up. It's very stressful to hear them running around and jumping onto/off of things at 2am when I'm trying to sleep and have to be up for work the next morning. It's frustrating that they won't engage in play and get their energy out when I'm able to play with them. I feel like a neglectful parent. Is there any way to fix this? Or is this just how kittens are?
Here is my current routine: I work full time. I leave the house around 11 am and return around 8pm. I feed them breakfast at 9am and leave kibble out for them during the day while I'm at work. I use to feed them immediately after I got home from work, but then they go to sleep right after, so the past few nights I've been playing with them for 20-30 minutes first, and then feeding them around 8:30pm. The play during this time isn't the best as far as their energy levels go, and they're still most active and interested in play while I'm asleep, but it's better than nothing. After they eat, they're ready to sleep/loaf around. I eat dinner and relax. But as soon as I get up to go to bed, they're fully awake. They're pretty much nocturnal it feels like.
Is there anything I can change about this routine to get them on a better sleep schedule? Or is this just part of having kittens?

Everything I have found seems to be designed to wear on its own, and is far too bulky and padded. Something like the Long Weekend Camera Pouch looks ideal but I think it is slightly too small. I am considering whether I should just crochet one. I am based in the UK.
