Hallo zusammen,
ich bin momentan in einer ziemlich schwierigen und verfahrenen Situation und hoffe, hier Rat zu finden. Es geht um einen Vorfall mit einem Carsharing-Fahrzeug, und ich weiß nicht, wie ich am besten vorgehen soll, um nicht alles noch schlimmer zu machen. Am 16.12. habe ich über eine Carsharing-Firma ein Auto gemietet. Ich habe das Auto dann an meinen Partner übergeben, obwohl ich wusste, dass er keine Fahrerlaubnis hat – das war schon der erste Fehler. Während er gefahren ist, ist er mit dem Auto rückwärts gegen einen Pfosten gefahren. Dabei ist das Fahrzeug hinten beschädigt worden; es gibt eine Beule. Glücklicherweise wurden keine anderen Personen, Fahrzeuge oder Sachen beschädigt. Wir haben diesen Unfall nicht gemeldet, weder der Carsharing-Firma noch der Polizei. Das war natürlich ein großer Fehler, aber wir hatten einfach gehofft, dass die Sache so bleibt und wir nicht weiter darauf angesprochen werden. Jetzt hat mich die Carsharing-Firma jedoch per E-Mail kontaktiert und fordert rund 8.000 Euro für Schäden am Fahrzeug. Das Problem ist, dass sich diese Summe nicht nur auf den hinteren Bereich bezieht, den wir tatsächlich beschädigt haben, sondern auch auf Schäden an der Seite des Autos, die wir nicht verursacht haben.
Ich bin 22 Jahre alt, Studentin und habe keine Haftpflichtversicherung, was die ganze Situation noch schwieriger macht. Es ist mir schlicht unmöglich, 8.000 Euro zu bezahlen. Außerdem habe ich meinen Führerschein erst im Juli gemacht, was mich allein schon 5.000 Euro gekostet hat, und ich bin noch in der Probezeit. Ich habe große Angst, den Führerschein zu verlieren, da ich weiß, dass das Nichtmelden des Unfalls sowie die Überlassung des Fahrzeugs an jemanden ohne Fahrerlaubnis erhebliche Konsequenzen haben können. Ein weiteres Problem ist, dass ich meinen Partner nicht “ins Messer liefern” möchte. Ihm drohen ohne Fahrerlaubnis natürlich ernste rechtliche Konsequenzen, was ich um jeden Preis vermeiden möchte. Gleichzeitig möchte ich die Schäden auch nicht einfach auf mich nehmen, vor allem, weil ich die zusätzlichen Schäden, die die Firma mir zuschreibt, gar nicht verursacht habe. Wir haben einen Freund, der angeboten hat, die Verantwortung für den Unfall auf sich zu nehmen, da er seinen Führerschein schon lange hat und nicht mehr in der Probezeit ist. Ich weiß jedoch nicht, ob das rechtlich eine sinnvolle Lösung ist oder ob das Ganze noch größere Probleme schaffen könnte.
Ich habe auf die E-Mail der Carsharing-Firma bereits geantwortet und um ein persönliches Gespräch gebeten, um die Situation zu klären. Jetzt überlege ich jedoch, ob es sinnvoller wäre, mich zunächst anwaltlich beraten zu lassen, bevor ich mich erneut bei der Firma melde. Ich fühle mich einfach komplett überfordert

Ich m/32 habe eine Freundin Ende 20, die leider gerade eine sehr harte Zeit durchmacht mit Therapie etc. Normalerweise ist es so vereinbart, dass wir 2x pro Monat mindestens zu einem etwa 1h Fahrt entfernten Hof fahren wo unsere Pflegepferde sind.
Leider bin ich da zeitlich sehr begrenzt, da ich 5 Tage die Woche arbeite.
Vor 2 Wochen wollte sie wo anders hin, also ging es nicht. Letzte Woche hab ich mich an meinem freien Tag ganztägig mit einem Kumpel verabredet, das war schon ein Drama, hab ihr daraufhin alternativen angeboten, welche jetzt leider nicht klappen, da ich krank geworden bin (ansteckend) voraussichtlich über die ganze Woche hinaus.
BIDA dass ich ihr das jetzt nicht ermöglichen kann? Zug dauert 3-4 mal so lang. Sie suggeriert mir das ganze auf jeden Fall.

 | I’ve seen a few posts where someone else has had a g3 hand break (and a ton of helpful tips in the comment sections of those posts), and unfortunately my Abbey’s hand broke off in a similar fashion to what I’ve seen. This Abbey was one of the first three dolls I’ve bought for myself as an adult, and to say that I was upset would being an understatement. At first, I bought a replacement Abbey since they were still around $11 on the Walmart app, and I would just swap their hands. Then I felt bad that the new Abbey was bought just to be broken. 😅😅 So I scoured Reddit, trying to find any tips. One person used a small nail to shove through the hand peg, some simply used glue. Since I play with my dolls, I wanted her hand to still move, so glue was not an option for me. Around the same time I bought the new Abbey, I started practicing rerooting on a different doll using a homemade rerooting tool and pretty quickly started breaking sewing needles. Since they were already broken, I used two that still had a sharp point and pushed them through her hand and wrist peg. I trimmed them down as low as I could with a wire cutter, but they still stuck out quite a bit and were still sharp as hell! I would definitely recommend some sort of work gloves as PPE, and either safety glasses or goggles when cutting the needles! I have a three year old (that likes my dolls and wants to play with them) and I don’t want her to get scratched, so I had to find something to cover the sharp ends with. Now, because I have a ton of hobbies, I already had some UV Resin, mica powder on hand, and a UV light on hand. I found the closest color that would match (it still turned out to be too dark), and dabbed it on the end of the needles a little using a toothpick. Cure with the light, dab a little more, cure again. I’m not sure how sturdy of a fix this will be in the long run, but I’m pretty proud of myself. 😁😁 Abbey’s hand is still a little loose, but it can move and hold most poses. Hello, all!
I haven't found a direct answer on this sub, so apologies if this has been asked.
I typically never build Chichen Itzá, as I usually clear my rainforest tiles so it doesn't seem worthwhile.
I did have an opportunity to build it in the game I'm currently playing, and I'm wondering: should I leave my rainforest tiles untouched?
I've never been sure, but will clearing them ruin the boost to production and culture? Or is the benefit based on the amount of rainforest tiles at the time of building the wonder?

Lately, well more like the past year or so, I have struggled a lot with not only mental health but other issues that I find lots of people I know don't relate to.
I have always had a rough relationship with my mum, being a teen myself, but she never tired to understand me when I try to bring up some issues I have been having as it would always come out to be an argument. One of the most regular issues is that whenever someone asks me a question, like asking me what I want for dinner or something basic, I get a lump in my throat and I go speechless. Not speechless in a shocked way but I just can't seem to talk as I would feel very overwhelmed to the point of crying and I would try to go around the question by saying to go ask someone else.
I also have a nonverbal issue. I have a common tendency to only mumble out answers or to only nod or shake my head. For example the other night I was eating some leftover in the kitchen as my mum and Jess, who is her best friend, come into the kitchen aswell and my mum starts to ask me how the food it an all that and I could only mange to look at her and nod my head. This obviously made my mum annoyed as she looked at Jess and said ' nonverbal again.', once she said that I couldn't help but just want to cry and pull my hair out.
A few more small problems I have are having a disgust towards people who I live with and sensory issues. I have a older sister, 18, who lives with my mum and i. She is very chatty and friendly but I find everything she dies, even the way she smells, is absolutely horrid to me. I can't be close to her, or anyone infact, as I feel like I want cry and hypervent when I feel her skin on mine or us touching, her breath, the smell of her and basically everything. This is also the case with my mum as I can't stand giving her affection such as hugs and kisses as all I want to do is cry.
All I want to know is why do I do this and is there anything wrong with me?
