2025.01.23 13:25 Ok-Sentence8542 Disciplinary investigation
I’m currently battled in a workplace dispute with an ex employer.
I submitted my statement on the 20th January and the hearing will take place on the 30th January.
I received an out of the blue phone call from a number I did not recognise. It was an employee who works for the same organisation who I only knew by name.
He was very aggressive during the phone call asking “why have you mentioned my name in your statement and why am I being questioned by management. A few insults were also thrown at me.
This employee was not mentioned in my statement and they have interviewed the wrong person. They had the same first names. But this has been a huge mistake by the organisation.
He now knows about the disciplinary and I’m also worried about what he has said to other people damaging my reputation and also how he obtained my personal phone number.
How will this stand regarding the investigation process?

So, in my opinion I think that the Commission has introduced a single form for Prelims as well as Mains and after the Prelims result declaration, they are only going to ask for the service order preference as they too realize that the time is very less for to complete their administrative work. Now this is just a theory which I believe most likely will be true. Below are my few observations regarding this major change -
- There are only 2 months of gap between Prelims & Mains, therefore they would want to de-load themselves with all the work.
- This year they have asked final exam appearing candidates to submit their certificate or marksheet at later stages, this is another evidence, as if they want one form to be filled for both prelims and mains, thus they have to give concession to the final semester students also, who are about to be graduated.
- They have informed us that we will be asked again to change or edit the service order, this is another hint, as they have already informed us that only the service order preference will be asked again or can be changed again within 15 days after the pre-result declaration.
- They could be moving to conduct the exam twice in a year thus they will most likely be wrapping up the complete process soon.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 days under special request as the hotel was extremely busy . I did a 48 hr shift and when I came to the room all I thought about is you. I thought how much you would have enjoyed staying in the hotel and enjoying a bubble bath or jumping on the beds and ordering room service .
I don't know if you read my texts over WhatsApp, but I had gone to BIG shopping center as my first outing since you left( I don't like to go out of the house anymore these days, like a hermit stuck in a cave) I sat outside the furniture store "jysk", it gave me a strong sense of comfort seeing the couches,wall art, cupboards, flower vase(blue one of course) and for a second I thought to myself, I want that with you. I asked you over WhatsApp, but you havnt opened the chat, so il ask again, would you like to get a house together, anywhere you want, maybe it sounds crazy, but I'm dead serious .
I am trying so very hard to respect your decision, I literally fight with my entire body to get you out of my system, but how can I fight something that I really want. I maybe selfish to have these desires, but the truth is , I haven't felt like this with anyone . I know it wasn't some accident that we came into each other's lives. This wasn't one of those relationships where we teach each other a life lesson and disappear. This is something worth fighting for, you may not see it through my eyes yet, but give us a chance once more. I miss you, and you are missing from me sweetheart. I said it before and I say it again my feelings for you are unchanged, it has only strengthen. Considering a switch from Effexor to Pristiq due to weight gain (and hair loss), but nervous to try for fear the side effects will be similar. Effexor has been great for anxiety, depression, and intrusive thoughts/OCD, so I’m reluctant to mess with the current status quo, but the recent weight gain on Effexor has been alarming. In a pinch i needed to grab files without a usb card reader, but the fuji-x app wont download the files. Even relatively small jpgs. What is this nonsense? It hangs at 0% transferred. Ive had the phone next to the camera, a few feet away, and also tried it across the room. What apps have you used instead? Or are there tweaks in firmware to be adjusted? This is farcical. Gfx 100s btw

Hello, no picture because I don’t think it would really alter any opinions.
Pretty cut and dry question. The very tip of my penis has had a slight itch to it yesterday and today. No redness, no inflammation from what I can see. I’ve noticed a small amount of discharge a couple of times but I wouldn’t call it consistent…not really an odd color either, clear maybe very slightly yellow?
Recently I’ve been very bad about not drinking water, mostly caffeine, so I feel like that’s possibly the issue. Started drinking more water and urinating more. Does not hurt to urinate, no discomfort at all aside from the very slight itch.

Hi, sorry for asking if thats very stupid question but i really tried to find an anwser but couldnt and feel stupid..
I'm currently running my home server on an old lenovo laptop with Proxmox. As it only has 256GB storage im running low on it. My main purpose of home server are Immich, some kind of file "cloud" (maybe Seafile), Paperless ngx, Home assistant and some lightweight stuff for food recipes and home budget tracking. MAYBE in the future id like to tinker with *arr for movies and series. It will be used only by me, my wife and maybe kids in the future so 4 users maximum. (two right now)
I want to upgrade to hardware that will be sufficient for this purpose for as long as possible.
My first idea was to get a 16GB RAM, N100 miniPC with 256/500GB storage and attach usb external hard drive or whole external hard drive enclosure with 3,5" SATA disks but i saw a lot of people saying that storage connected with usb is generally not a good idea.
So my next idea to get rid of using usb for storage i searched for miniPCs with bigger storage and i stumbled upon AOOSTAR R1 which has easly accesible 2 SATA slots so i could easly expand. Do you know any other miniPCs that have similiar feature? Is that much better solution than regular miniPC with external (usb) drive enclosure?
Other people suggested to use "proper" NAS instead of usb connected drives. But i dont really get it. First of all i will not use any software like Synology etc. I want as much as possible to be opensource and not dependent on third parties. Apart from that i dont understand if in this scenario do i need to have both miniPC for running stuff I dont really need connected to my storage like Home Assistant and stuff like Immich and Seafile on my NAS? I would strongly prefer to have everything in one place (preferably one Proxmox enviroment). Or maybe NAS alone is enough? but i found most NASes have like 4 to 8 GB RAM which would be a huge downgrade and i dont think that would be capable of running Home Assisstant. I am pretty confused with what actually NAS is... Or do i just host on my miniPC something like trueNAS in and LXC or VM and that is a "proper" NAS?
Please explain it to me like im a total idiot because i feel like it.. Isnt NAS just a name for a miniPC but with less RAM, more storage space and an operating system with a "NAS" in its name?
What hardware would be cost and energy sufficient for a small home server for only a few users?
