2025.01.23 17:01 GrandRequirement5201 Just diagnosed with HS yesterday. Has anyone tried to cure this from the gut?
I was hospitalized in September of last year from what the Drs thought was a bad case of shingles that got infected. I had to have surgery and have continued to have issues. I have seen infectious disease Dr- regular Drs-they didn’t have a clue. I have taken so many antibiotics and for what? I decided to see my dermatologist. I’ve been diagnosed with HS. I had done research on it before my appt, just trying to find an answer. My first “spots” came out of the blue. I just feel like it has to do with something I eat. I have to exercise and I know that too flares it up even though I shower right after I sweat. Inflammation is the cause (so I read). Has anyone tried to fight the inflammation? Any advice is appreciated. I am not a fan of antibiotics. I was raised by a woman who believed in holistic healing. I’m also not a fan of hibiclense when it says right on the bottle not to use where I am being told to use it. But, I’ve been using it since September. I’m so frustrated and defeated. Thank you

When I first started & when I upped my dosage I felt a way that is so hard to describe. Anxious but not? Overstimulated? Discombobulated? Feels like my head is waaayyy far from the rest of my body. I feel heavy but also like I’m floating? And I want to be wrapped in a weighted blanket. Not sure how to else to describe it.
I’m frustrated that I can’t put a finger on the feeling.
