Hey all, I’ve been making miniatures thru the premade kits for the last year or so. I’m ready to dive in and create my own custom pieces but I’m unsure where exactly to start. I ordered some terrain type materials online but obviously that won’t complete a majority of the piece without custom pieces. Do you all use a 3D printer and if so, what kind for beginners? And do you cut your own wood? Those are the main starting points. I have all the other tools and baseline for them, I just need all those details figured out! Thank you in advance and would love to see any creations you’ve made

Has anyone found a PT program helps enthesitis and tendonitis issues? Humira is helpful for me but it is easy for me to overdo it in my horseback riding or general life and I tweak entheses and get inflammation in tendons very easily. I am wondering if an eccentric gradual strengthening program at home will help me. My goal is to increase my body’s capacity for load.

It is starting to look like a herniated disc in my back is causing neuropathy in my hands and feet. I was training for my first triathlon this June with a potential dream of an Ironman someday. I feel like my world was just taken away from me. I’m only 40 and I am devastated. I am no longer thinking about running but instead worrying if I will end up in a wheel chair. I feel like someone just took my whole life away. I have been active my whole life.

Like the title states, I’m new to baggu but super eager to add to my collection after getting a medium crescent in cocoa on sale over the summer and a duck tote with embroidered flowers. I’m not super in love with the limited colors they have in stock for a lot of items right now and I saw the leaked photos of the spring collection.. which leads me to ask- how often do they do new collections/add colors/patterns online? I really want to get a Go Pouch Set, tablet sleeve, and some reusable bags.. possibly a cloud carry-on!

To preface, I had been exclusively BF until my little one’s reflux caused her to limit herself at the breast, leading to slow weight gain. While trying to overcome that obstacle and get back to breastfeeding, I’ve been EP minus nighttime. Let me say this is HARD, and you guys are amazing for pumping for your little ones.
Anyway… anyone else find themselves frustrated with these bottles and their measurements? My Spectra pumping bottles always show more than the glass Dr. Brown bottles :’)
I’ve been measuring out her bottles off the Dr. Brown measurements, and after measuring with a measuring cup in mL, I found the Dr Brown’s to be off by 0.5 oz. While the 60mL on the glass Dr. Brown’s is accurate, the 4oz marker is way off!
I’d been so stressed by my supply in the fridge slowly dwindling all to find out it was a measuring issue!! Those 0.5 oz sure add up with each bottle.
LO had been spitting up more too, so I guess she wasn’t handling the increase in volume as well.

Hi all!
I’ve been confused with how to allocate my funds across my TFSA/RRSP/Non-registered.
At my company, we have a profit sharing plan and an employee savings plan tied to Sunlife. I have opted to leave those as non-registered accounts.
Would it better to put these funds into my TFSA/RRSP even if I have funds already sitting in those two already on a Questrade account. I worry it will start to get confusing trying to keep track of my funds and not over-contribute.
Current environment Questrade -RRSP and TFSA are currently a mix of index funds
Employer -Nonregistered funds
Is there an optimal strategy?
