 | I have long suspected this was the reason Bronwyn brought the stuff with Gwen on the show, and I think this even further puts Lisa in the wrong. Also—for everyone jumping on the “Bronwyn is a liar train” bc of a necklace and using that logic to discredit her perspective here…I need to do a bit more (very simple) sleuthing, but Ema is most definitely not a jeweler. She has a nebulous PR title she has given herself and advertises a close relationship with the jeweler featured on the show on her professional website. Idk what the relationship to Bronwyn, Lisa, and Bravo is exactly, but if Bronwyn was a PR client or something along those lines, spilling her business to Lisa is completely different level of unprofessional. I am curious if Ema or the jeweler show up in other SLC seasons or shows as multiple SLC HWs and Lisa Rinna follow that specific jeweler. I'm a freshman at Cornell. Currently in my second semester here. Just wanted to ask some advice as I am super stressed about feeling behind. I came into school not really knowing anything about cs or taking any hs classes. I really love it and did very well my first semester in the intro classes. However, I feel like I didn't do nearly enough outside of classes. I am in a cs club but felt pretty useless last semester. I am trying to get into a project team this semester. No matter what, I am planning on grinding and learning basic webdev (html, css, js) by the end of this semester. I am also pretty efficient in java and python right now. I am not likely to get an internship so I am planning on trying to get a summer research position this summer, and want to grind leetcode and start making personal projects (both over the summer and now). I'm just super nervous that I'm behind and will be inferior to most cs majors come sophomore internship recruiting. Any advice?

J'ai malheureusement fait le choix à l'achat de scinder mon hypothèque en deux, avec des termes différents. J'ai donc deux prêts hypothécaires: un de 110, l'autre de 75. Ils ne se renouvellent pas en même temps. Je dois actuellement renouveler le 75.
Desjardins m'offre 4.65, en variable 5 ans. Taux préférentiel - 0.7. La fille chez Desjardins me dit que non seulement ce n'est pas négociable, mais qu'en plus, j'obtiens un meilleur taux sur Accès D que elle peut m'avoir. Qu'en pensez-vous ?
Croyez vous que le fait que mon hypothèque soit scindé et que j'ai une marge atout m'empêcherait d'aller "voir ailleurs". C'est sur que mon dossier n'est pas attirant: les sommes dues sont petites et ne justifient pas le paiement des frais de transfert / notaire. Cela reste une question de principe dans la mesure ou 0.1 ou 0.2% sur le montant restant, c'est très peu. Mais je suis tellement déçu de Desjardins et du service très médiocre que je reçois (je pèse mes mots) que je souhaite leur donner le moins d'argent possible.

Hi everyone, I've been working on my Guard Army since around September when I first was convinced to start the hobby. I've been building out my force and haven't even played a game yet, but hope to soon.
My wife got me a Primaris Psyker as well as a Sly Marbo for my birthday and admittedly, I know very little about these units aside from liking the way they look. I think I can figure out Sly, he seems like a lone wolf and will look good with my Catachan Jungle Fighters, but the Psyker has me confused.
Is there a good way to implement these units? Should I be attaching them to an infantry squad and using them as an officer? Should I be putting it in a Valkyrie alongside my Tempestus Aquilons?
Any advice helps and thank you in advance! The emperor protects!

It feels like they're just looking for 'like-for-like' interactions, as part of the same rat race.
I know my content is decent and has a meaningful message, so it’s not like I’m sacrificing quality for quantity. I post daily because I’ve built up a backlog of refined, unpublished content.
Still, it all feels like I’m trapped in a closed, claustrophobic loop—a toxic cycle, to put it bluntly. It’s frustrating because the engagement feels fake, like interacting with NPCs instead of genuinely interested people. I have been traveling around Northern Minnesota this winter for work. I've noticed many rural houses have a second smaller building 20 to 30 ft away that has a chimney coming out of it and constantly smells like wood smoke in the area.
