I need some sort of advice or guidance!!
Me(21) and this guy (23) have been talking “exclusively” for about 2 months now. To sum things up… we met on Hinge, things went really good over the phone and when I met him for the first time there was such a strong connection! However I was moving 1,000+ miles away the next day, we both just hung out for the fun of it without expecting much. I ended up staying the night at his place and we talked for hours, he just seems like my person. 2 months later here we are, he calls every night to check in on me, he sends me little gifts and he is coming to see me in 3 weeks. He claims we are exclusive and that when he sees me he wants to make things “official” but I don’t know I feel kind of nervous! because I feel head over heels for this guy, however I don’t want him to want me for just my body. I’ve been in situations where that is the case and it makes me pretty scared. I always was told if you give a guy your body too soon then that’s all they want. I just don’t want sex to be the driving force, you know?
Idk any guidance here helps 😂 doesn’t matter what on.

2025.01.23 20:41 tdub4544 Endoscopy Results

So I had endoscopy done and the results are the same as they were last year. No sign of reflux, no hiatal hernia, biopsy taken and no sign of h-pylori. That's the good news, I still have this weird feeling in my stomach, which is from gas building up. I don't have a gallbladder so that's the reason this may be happening. The doctor told me that I needed to lose weight, and recommended that I see a bariatric surgeon to see if gastric sleeve surgery would need beneficial to me.
I'm happy that I'm not refluxing, never felt it anyway, I have silent reflux. I do want to lose weight, but I'm not entirely convinced to get surgery. Anyone know anything about these surgery's? I did find quick research and it all sounds good, but last time I was recommended surgery, my gallbladder was removed and I experienced four months of normality, before being bombarded with constant stomach issues for the next four years.

Cada quien encuentra felicidad para su vida en diferentes lugares. A mí en ocasiones me han dicho: "Pero si eres tan bonita, ¿De verdad no tienes novio?", y he tenido que hasta triple confirmar. A veces veo fotos de mis amigas con sus novios y me parece algo lindo. Pero personalmente no me imagino en una relación romántica en este momento de mi vida por el simple hecho de que no es algo que realmente desee. Tengo excelentes amigos que aprecio muchísimo y todo lo que podría necesitar para desarrollarme. Hago ejercicio, estoy empezando a competir, busco avanzar en las oportunidades de carrera que estoy creando para mí misma, exploro mis aficiones, salgo fuera... ...No hay nada que una relación romántica con un chico de mi edad pudiera añadir a mi vida en este momento. Además de que en dado caso de que quisiera buscar tener algo casual, les guste o no, los hombres suelen estar más disponibles sexualmente. Así que si haces un radio mujeres que estarían dispuestas a un polvo y ya vs hombres, creo que tendría la ventaja estadística para escoger.
Y si, a veces me siento un poco presionada por la parte de las promesas sobre las mieles del amor romántico. Pero si me analizo y soy sincera conmigo sobre lo que realmente quiero: no quiero un novio, quiero vivir, hallar, sentir, caminar, correr, perseguir mis sueños con todas mis fuerzas, acercarme a ser la chica de mis sueños todos los días, cultivar amistades de esas que ves en las películas... ...Y aunque se que tener un novio no "tendría" porque impedirme todo eso, tengo tiempo limitado, que podría dárselo a un chico para que se vaya en un plazo de entre 2 y 15 años o a muchas amistades y proyectos que se quedarán conmigo más tiempo. Si lo piensas de cierta forma, es absurdo cuantitativamente cerrar tus opciones de esa manera. Dependiendo los retornos de tu inversión de tiempo y recursos (materiales, emocionales, sociales) de los cojones de un chico.

Ive wanted an arrma vorteks for a while now. Really undecided between the new or the older version.
How i see it: if I get the new version I'll need to get a new esc. I have a receiver and transmitter i can use.
If i get the older version I feel like I'll need/want a centre diff. It comes with a better transmitter, but is that only useful if I'm using a spektrum battery? It comes with and additional pinion I think.
I really like the look of the new body shell. Not that fused on the clipless.
You think the new body with fit on the older version?

I'm rather nerdy. I spend most of my days at home hanging out with the cats, one of whom loves to play fetch. I've loved art ever since I was very young. Right now I've been playing around with some watercolors. I have big ambitions to have my own graphic design gig some day, but right now I don't currently work.
I love video games. I got a lot to play on. PS5, Xbox One, Switch, Meta Quest 2, and my iPad. So, like, pretty much everything but PC 😅 I'm a achievements/trophy hunter. I also collect PS1 & 2 games to play on my PlayStation 2. In recent years I've been very casual with my gaming, playing a lot of platformers and survival/crafting games. I'll play a bit of everthing, though, except for, like, sports games.
I love tabletop games. Star Wars Legion, Warhammer 40K/AoS, Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon TCG, Digimon TCG, Lorcana, and Star Wars Unlimited. I love to paint miniatures as well, but it's a bit of a struggle to actually get people to play with me. Never really gotten the chance to play an TTRPG, but would love to. I suffer from a bit of learning curve. Certified dyslexic.
I love music. Dance Gavin Dance, Papa Roach, Twenty-One Pilots, A Day To Remember, stuff like that. Bit of an elder emo. I wish I could play an instrument, but I fear I may be tone deaf 🙃
I love Marvel. Spider-Man's probably my favorite.
I love Harry Potter. Pretty sure my house is Hufflepuff.
Huge fan of The Office. I've seen the whole series countless times.
I love horror movies and got into true crime on YouTube few years ago. My favorite horror movie is The Blair Witch Project, second to the 2003 Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
I love anime and manga. Demon Slayer is by far my favorite. I also really love Fullmetal Alchemist, Attack on Titan, Digimon, Dragon Ball, Dandadan, and Sword Art Online.
I'm doin' the Japanese, Spanish, and music courses on Duolingo right now.
I love baking, coffee, and grilling. I don't have too much confidence in my cooking skills 😅 But I'm trying new recipes all the time. I'm rather adept at baking though, and I love smoked meats 🤤

These tests were taken in the span of 9 days, from my first positive at 11dpo to my decline in HCG, and ultimately my chemical pregnancy. First faint positive at 11dpo and bleeding at 20 dpo. The test are in order of when I took the tests. Yes I tested so much because I am 43 and know the chances of a healthy egg are pretty slim for me.

Really enjoyed all this crafting with cardboard and foamcore. It's a nice change from building and painting miniatures. I tried to come up with templates that can be easily printed and cut on a A3 format sheet. Only straight cuts and hot glue.

2025.01.23 20:41 loffredom Is there an issue with managing miscellania approval drain?

My approval in miscellanea seems to be dropping at a substantial rate even though I have royal trouble done and should only be dropping at 1% per day. The same thing happened to me back in the beginning of December, I dropped down to 25% (which I know I definitely did not let it go that long) I wrote it off as a glitch from the recent patch they did on Nov 27th. I went to check it again today, it hasn't been two months yet I'm already back at the minimum approval of 25% when I shouldn't be anywhere near that
Just curious if anyone else has experienced the same thing. I'm an endgame ironman been playing for 7 years so I'm no stranger to keeping up with kingdom but something is definitely wrong

Math and statistics aren't exactly my strong suite so can someone more well versed explain.
Just to make numbers easier, let's say I do a 300 invo TOA with 5 people and at the end, we all have a 5% chance of receiving a purple, does that mean that we have a 20% overall of seeing a purple or making it a 1/5 raids to see a purple kind of thing? It sounds kind of simple but also doesn't sound right
