So im doing my QHT run and i have collected 2 bonuses from events, +2 and +3 starting villagers. And after some point im not getting bonus population for my towns at the start. Rest collected bonuses are provided correctly. What can be the case, it sucks badly.

I am new to this role, I "apprenticed" under a sysadmin who had their crap together so I only observed, never fixed or installed.
At my new job, we have this networking closet, and the cable management is totally out of whack. I'd love to get it organized. Any advice for somebody new to cable management?
I've labeled all the cables going into the punch panels so I they go back to where they belong. I know I will need to carve out a large section of time for this project, and I am not opposed to moving things around if needed.

Dobrý večer priatelia,
určite sa tu medzi vami nájde niekto, kto už minulý týždeň videl môj post ohľadom toho, že som nespravil skúšku. Ak nie, tak in short: Prenášam predmet v 2. ročníku Mgr. štúdia na ktorom som minule týždeň dostal 68% (pre absolvovanie bolo potrebných 70%), avšak profesor mi neuznal dve odpovede, s vyjadrením, že boli až moc detailné a komplexné pre tento druh skúšky a on očakával iba jednoduchú, primitívnu odpoveď.
Od vás som dostal odporúčanie to riešiť hore. Tak som riešil. Minulý týždeň som obvolával dekanát, študijné, posielal som e-maily a dokonca som sa tam osobne zastavil na koberček. Výsledok? 147 zmeškaných hovorov a 8 nezodpovedaných e-mailov v priebehu 5 dní. Keď som dorazil na miesto činu (akademickú pôdu) tak som frázu "S týmto Vám ja neviem ako pomôcť", "Musíte sa obrátiť na kolegynku tam a tam" počul minimálne 20 krát.
"Riešili ste to s profesorom ktorý Vám toto hodnotenie pridelil?"
"Nie, pretože na e-mail mi neodpovedá, telefón mi nedvíha a ja jednoducho neviem, kde sa momentálne nachádza."
"Musíte s ním najprv, ja Vám aktuálne pomôcť neviem."
Takže s ním. Dobre. Opäť sa vraciam na študijné, keďže po 5 klopaniach za prvé dve hodiny sa mi nikto neozval, reku zaklopem silnejšie a budem klopať kľudne aj 10 minút, pretože pracovnú dobu stále majú.
Po troch minútach klopania mi otvorila veľmi rozhorčená teta, od ktorej som sa dozvedel prvú novinku v ten deň, a to tú, že pani. B, ktorá odo mňa za posledných niekoľko dní dostala e-maily v rozsahu dlhšom, ako jej celotýždňová konverzácia s manželom dnes v škole nie je. To nie je všetko, pretože ona má od začiatku januára dovolenku. Žiadne oznámenie, žiadny spätný mail, nič. Pomaly 12 hodín, od rána som zistil iba to, že nikto, kto tam robí nič neviem, pokiaľ vie, tak ma prvotne odkáže na ľudí, po ktorých sa zľahla zem, čo zapríčiní, že nič neviem nakoniec ani ja sám. Teta, ktorá mi má pomôcť vegetí, ujovi, ktorý by vedel vyriešiť môj problém, prípadne ma nasmerovať očividne chýba kompas, pretože ani on sám nevie, čo má robiť, alebo minimálne sa tak tvári a mňa z nervov nakoniec chytil hlad a išiel som na čínu. Za 24 rokov života som sa s väčšou komunikačnou nekompetentnosťou hádam nikdy a ani NIKDE nestretol. Čo dvere, to uvarený zemiak, ktorý podľa vlastných vyjadrení nič nevie a nič nemôže. Česť jeden doktorandke z druhej fakulty, ktorá záujem o riešenie tejto situácie prejavila, no nie je v pozícií s tým niečo robiť.
Preskočíme na včerajšok, resp. dátum posledného opravného termínu, otázky rovnaké, nie je šanca to znova pokaziť. Budem písať LEN k veci a nič komplexné, 300x som prešiel študijné materiály, poznámky, všetko. Bolo čo pokaziť, a že toho nebolo málo. Dnes mi pristála známka. Prosím pekne...
Fx potom, ako ma zalial pot som sa pozrel na to, koľko percent mi chýbalo tento krát, zalial ma aj druhý. 24%. Získal som 24% a chýbalo mi 76 prosím pekne. Takže som nespravil ani druhý krát. V skupinovom chate sme sa dozvedeli, že sme nespravili 10 z 12 a niekoľko štvrtákov tento... človek tiež podusil. Od obeda som od nervov nafúknutý jak tuleň a ak by som tu mal po ruke niečo, čoho by mi naozaj nebolo ľúto, alebo by to stálo málo, tak by som to rozniesol po miestnosti. Ako je však možné, že som dopadol násobne horšie ako minule? Prišiel som s takou mojou hypotézou toho, ako tento.... dobrý človek pravdepodobne známkoval test.
Minulý test - 68% Tento test - 24%
Test vyzeral nasledovne - 5 otázok ktoré obsahovali viacero správnych odpovedí, 5 otázok otvorených.
V minulom teste mi chýbalo 32% na otvorených otázkach, pričom mám potvrdené, že dve odpovede som mal na 100% bez akéhokoľvek počtu bodov. To by vychádzalo na 16% - jedna otázka. Myslime na to.
Tentokrát som dosiahol hodnotenie 24% s tým, že na otázky s viacerými možnosťami som odpovedal rovnako ako minule a minule boli odpovede správne. Pokiaľ je otvorená otázka za 16%, a prvých 5 otázok mám správne, znamená to, že nemám správne ani jednu otvorenú otázku. 5% na otázku to ale nevychádza, keďže to by bolo 25% a nie 24%. Skúsime 4x5 = 20%
Ostáva nám 5 otvorených otázok a každá z nich je za 16%, to je 80%. Odkiaľ teda zobral 4% ? Vzhľadom na to, že každá otázka obsahovala viacero viet a odpovede boli otvorené, domnievam sa, že ku každej odpovedi priradil 4x4%. Ak teda odpoveď obsahovala 4 fakty, ktoré chcel počuť, udelil 16%, ak dve, udelil 8%.
Ja som dostal 24%, čo znamená, že tento... profesor mi dal plný počet bodov na teoretické odpovede podložené faktami a potom sa pozrel na otvorené otázky a ešte si povedal, že z 80% mi tam prihodí 4%, pretože on môže. Čiže ak som sa tĺkol a učil sa ako špina. Dokázal by som získať maximálne 20%, ktoré by boli kvázi čisté, bez možnosti toho, aby im tento kus... človeka dokázal oponovať. 20% mi však na skúške nestačí. Zostávajúcich 80% je založených na dobrej nálade, pozícií hviezd a tom, či tohto truľa ráno seklo v krížoch, alebo nie. Odpovede v otvorených otázkach som mal rovnaké ako minule, len kratšie, menej technické, avšak vyhovujúce požiadavkám otázky a aj tak som nedostal body, resp. som ešte na tej istej odpovedi, ktorá mi body minule dala, dnes stratil.
Podľa pravidiel som predmet neabsolvoval, takže finito. Mňa však zaujíma, aké sú moje aktuálne možnosti? Mám sa obrátiť na ministerstvo školstva, mám to začať riešiť právne? Mám všetky doklady o komunikácií, screenshoty z testu, e-maily.

The low coolant light won't go off, and I've changed the expansion tank and all the fluid is new. Since I changed it I've done 600km and the light went off at 300km and at 400km it came back on. I've checked the water pump and it's fine. What could it be? I'm going crazy with this, thanks.

Hi! Ive been kicking around the idea of going into game design for years, but in a more video/cutscene-esque way. I’m not big on programming, but I do enjoy video editing and am currently learning illustration.

I currently only know After Effects. But I have a few questions on where to continue.
- What programs should I learn? I know 3d is useful, but I don’t know if I should learn cinema4d, blender, etc. which one? I also think some animation is done with spine2d, or is there a different animation program I should be learning (I’ve seen discussion on live2d too)
- Can I get a job without having gone to animation school? I don’t know the “pipelines” or professional methods aka “right ways”(?) of doing things since I’m self taught. Is there a way to find them out, and will it be an issue if I don’t know them, even if I do build the skills?
- Where should I start? I never know what type of project to be working on for this. These big animated scenes seem to be large projects done with multiple different people in different areas. Should I try to build a whole trailer myself, or would it be better that I just focus on pieces of the process (animating characters, building scenes, but not putting it altogether.)
- Any other tips? It feels like such a big undertaking and I really don’t know where to begin or what to focus on.

okay everyone. this is my last cry for help before i give up on my $1300 mac. i'm at a loss. best buy is at a loss. the apple store is at a loss. my laptop needs a new battery. no problem, right? go to get battery fixed, and uh oh, find my is on! can't turn off find my because i don't know the email of the account that my laptop is logged into. i've been down every road to try and recover that account email, but no can do. the irritating part is that i know the password to get into the laptop, and it'll boot and take me to the login screen, and the loading bar will even get to 100%- but it won't load all the way, so i can't get in to turn off find my (probably because of the battery) and i can't turn find my off online because i don't know the email. i've also contacted best buy to get a receipt with the serial number or MEI on it, but they can't get it since it was an online purchase. it also won't boot into recovery- i have the same problem of it just sitting on the loading screen for upwards of an hour. what can i do, if anything? i'm a broke college student with 3 jobs, paid $1300 for this mac, and my apple care is expired.
