Hello. I don't know where to go for info or anything. My nerves are shot right now. I'll explain everything that I know as of now.
My ex-wife who is 36 had a hysterectomy days ago. Everything was sent to pathology and she got results and was looking at them online. She has experience is health care field and is devastated because pathology results show uterine and cervical cancer. I myself can't fathom this. She's my best friend and I can't see a world where my son has to go on without his mother. He is on the spectrum and 6 y/o.
Not sure what stage it is. Her followup is in a few days.
I've read stuff on survival rates and since I don't understand what all I am reading it makes it even more scary.
Does anyone have actual knowledge about the average survival rates and what they mean. I just can't do this. I love her so much and I don't want us to lose her.
Can anyone please help me?

So this morning the app seems to be really laggy and couldn’t really load anything, but it got fixed later in the afternoon. After the fix however, i noticed that refreshing items seems to not work anymore? All my existing listings have been set back to when it was originally listed. I usually refresh my items every morning by clicking edit and save, but now i’m not entirely sure if they patched this? I tried changing the description a bit before saving it but that doesn’t seem to work either

I was all set to buy a P1S w/AMS until the recent Bambu debacle. I come to you, the 3D printing hivemind to ask if the new firmware news is really a deal breaker for a hobbyist. I plan to rely heavily on printables, thingaverse, etc. for prints. I don't use CAD at the moment, but plan to learn in order to further my 3D printing abilities. I have 2 very large, hairy dogs so the enclosed P1S appeals to me. I'm interested in out of the box printing with minimal tinkering. As I get further down this rabbit hole, I anticipate more tinkering. Any advice from the group?
