Hello to all, so the thing is i upgraded my disk (Macbook Air 2017) to 1tb ssd m.2 (samsung), Its all working fine and with no problems. But since not so long ago, the systems its telling me theres a new update (and without the recent update i cant log in my icloud).
My question here is, If i update the system, will my mac fail to recognize my 1tb disk? Or theres no problem at all? IF theres someone here that has already done these, i would appreciate your advice.

Been in the office for almost 2 years already. And as the title says, that Im somehow becoming important sa office. Lahat kasi nauutusan ako, hindi naman ako tumatanggi unless siguro kapag tlgang loaded ako. Kinda tiring na nagiging favorite na utusan lalo ng boss, ended up doing workload of my other officemate pa, parang somehow naiisip ko parang pinasa nya na yung work nya sakin na hindi ko na nagagawa yung dapat kong trabaho..

I (18F) have been with my boyfriend (20M) for around 7 months now. For the first few months we were great, we’d have sex all the time, he was the sweetest to me, would really listen to and respect my feelings, gave me all the attention I could ever ask for, etc. Around 2 months ago sex started happening less and less because he would often not be “in the mood”. Then in the last few weeks or so he’s stopped wanting to see me often, says it gets “dull” and that he’s not happy in the relationship but that he believes it will get better. He’s stopped regularly telling me he loves me or that I’m beautiful, physical affection has become almost scarce (we cuddle but he rarely kisses me, plays with my hair, etc like he used to). He recently started a new job (it’s an easy restaurant job so “work is stressing him out” is pretty much ruled out) and there are a couple of girls there that flirt with him so I’m a little worried he’s starting to have feelings for one of them or another girl I’m not aware of. He also texted me two hours ago telling me he was heading to his friend’s house but turned off his location (which he never does). Could there be another reason for this or is he cheating?
TL;DR My boyfriend seems to have lost interest in me and now he’s turned off his location while at his “friend’s” house. Is he cheating?

Hi there. I always have had canker sores my whole life, my dad had them BAD when he was younger. Anyways… recently got 2 bad ones and they healed up only for a week later to get another one nearly on the outside of my lip. It’s awful and it made my lip swollen. I’m so concerned because why would I get back to back cankers? I’m scared it’s an underlying condition like cancer causing me to get these.

Is it just me or I noticed that most entry level job openings in tech here in the United States are not open to hiring or just won’t even bother reaching out for a phone screen once they see that the candidate still has no experience on their resume? Wether it may be SWE roles (requires internships/projects), help desks (requires certs/customer service), and etc., they just will give you a moving forward email and by but also just looking at their job post descriptions, they require tons of reqs.
It’s so unlike other industries such as healthcare nurses, accountants as staff accountants, or even hospitality where they won’t bother much with entry freshers, because they will train and a degree is just enough. But damn tech is just hella different. Technical questions for entry positions or even internships and all those leetcode or making you do a system design already is messed up in my opinion. It sucks, I hate it.

How would you spend a week recovering from burnout?
If you were:
🔘Physically and emotionally exhausted (from stress, illness, trauma, etc.),
🔘Out of “spoons” (no energy or life left in you), …and had just one week to recover, rest, and reset before returning to an intense schedule (like studying or a busy daily life):
⁉️⁉️⁉️What would you do to recover as much as possible in that week? Where would you be? What activities or strategies would help you the most?
My situation (for context): I have next week off from university but will return to an intense academic load afterward.
I’m dealing with:
🔘Recent medical trauma & burnout,
🔘Chronic illness,
🔘ADHD (medicated) and ASD,
🔘Fresh recovery (few weeks) after 5 years of prescription opiate addiction (my brain is still adjusting to life without it).
🔘I feel extremely drained: even small tasks, like quick grocery shopping, cause shutdown.
Academic achievements are my number one priority and I’m aiming for highest grades again, but I’m struggling to find energy or focus.
I know that true recovery takes much longer than a week, and there are no quick fixes. But life doesn’t always allow for extended breaks, so I’m desperate for any tips that might help.
Any suggestions for how to make the most of this week would be greatly appreciated!

most of the world leaders meet, because of one threat or another (The Theocracy is the one threat I remember), Fruder and Evileye mention their teacher (Ainz) might be willing to help them, they take out an item and open a Gate to a dimension where Ainz build his domain.
In this there is no Nazarik, Ainz appears earlier, and is the teacher of several prominent figures before the story start.

I was listening to Smooth Sailing Radio when June Millington came on, and it got me thinking — for such a commercial, pop-hit-oriented genre, there’s definitely lots of queer and feminist yacht rock out there, especially considering the era. It’s also fascinating to me that those songs featured some of the same musicians who went on to record CCM.
As far as songs on the boat are concerned, I’d have to say Peter Allen’s “Not The Boy Next Door” and “Bicoastal” are pretty catchy ways of coming out, and Dusty Springfield and Jaye P Morgan’s “Closet Man” is fairly obvious. I always thought “Gaucho” had some queer subtext, too. But anything else out there? The songs could be by LGBTQ+ writers or women of yacht, or they could be by anyone and the themes could just fit. A few songs by Diane Tell, Allee Willis, and Michael Sembello could belong in the subgenre, and Peter Ivers co-wrote “Let’s Go Up.”
Anyone else? I feel like I’m missing some obvious ones.
