I’m attempting to wire a Panasonic ERV fan (https://www.freshairparts.com/p/88195) and am hitting a wall. I have an independent 20 amp circuit as the power supply which is live, but I don’t know how to wire the blue, yellow and orange wire so the standby switch and the high/low switch will work. I’ve looked over the wiring diagram and user manual but don’t know enough to make sense of it.
Any help is appreciated!

Reading Tempests and Slaughter and really appreciate little avarice and how much she loves herself and values her talents. In a book universe that starts with a big focus on moving away from traditional gender roles, it would be so easy to disparage those roles. I love how Tammy affirms everyone and their gifts and it’s not about any particular gift being better but all gifts getting to shine. Seeing how Varice uses her social skills to draw people out and into community, make things efficient and help everyone around her thrive is just beautiful.
I’m still near the beginning but really delighted on this take so far.

Now we all know that Don, or Sancho, is by far the strongest sinner in terms of strength and particularly raw power thanks to her bloodfiend status and whatever shit just got thrown in there now. She had Vergilius visibly tired, she is seemingly being foreshadowed to find out what P Corp has done with her fathers corpse and if Don/Sancho were to ever find out and return without Vergilius there, who could keep her in check, how is Dante supposed to survive the onslaught that will surely reach them!?
Worry not Managers, for the literal Potential Man is the potential sinner to stand against Sancho in a moment of despair, what else could reignite Gregors gifts volatile striking outs quite like Sanchos aimed attack at Dante. Not that this is certain in any way but reintroducing the power Gregor may hold while seemingly eluding to the fact that Sancho one day may awaken and risk the team, it would be something to behold if they were to clash in all their mights, as disgusting as Gregors potential may be...
Anyhow the idea crossed my mind when finishing this new intervallo, I do have more to try n back up the idea or at least the idea that Gregors unchecked back noises are to hint at something more than a call back to the joke, but this is my first post on the subreddit for all the hours I have put into this game and I am not assed writing more to back up this conjecture.

I was cleaning for a while then went off the wagon this Monday hard, lasted till today. I am not proud, but it is what it is.
I usually have a clean slate for a while, then heavy binging episodes all of the sudden. Usually this is triggered by stress or anxiety, alot of it related to my job.
Has anyone else experienced this? How did you counteract this issue when it happens to you?
Also, if anyone is looking for an accountability partner I would be available. I feel like I need someone to talk to when this happens as well.
