Hello all, unfortunately I sustained a hairline fracture in my firing hand thumb (at Jiu Jitsu). Any ideas for dry firing using my other hand? Of course, there’s trigger press control, but I’m trying to think of anything else I can work on in the meantime. Should only be 4 weeks till the thumb is useable again, but it’s still painful for the time being

Surprises so far: 1. This is painful as hell, even with Ketorolac, Hydrocodone, ice machine, and a nerve block. Like I can't seems to take a nap despite feeling like I'm so drowsy. 2. I can lift my leg and engage my quad!! So happy about that.

I've just gotten into this role but I'm already exhausted and I'm finding it hard to find a rental near the location of the hospital
I've got a job offer in the private sector near my home which I feel is much better suited to me.
I am a new grad and I feel really bad about leaving but I don't think NSWHealth is for me.

Hello,
So I use Betonline as my primary sports gambling site. Ive had the account open for about 5-6 years. I recently made my first withdrawal in the account (a little over grand). I have been winning, which is nice obviously, but I havent had to make a deposit in the account in quite some time (not sure if this plays into my question) but its been years.
However, my account was recently disabled (no notice) or anything like that and when I contacted customer support, I was told my account was under a "routine investigation" and they would "let me know when the hold on my account is lifted, upon completion of their internal investigation"
Question is, has anyone experienced this or heard of a situation like this? Are "routine investigations" normal because in 5-6 years i've never experienced this.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

The other day i had an online conversation with some unknown to me people and they said that it's too late for me now to be fixed. They said that the very fact that i'm still sinlge means that i lack basic social skills that a primary school child already has and that i should visit a therapist asap. I have always been kinda nerdy and a bookworm. And yet i'm an unemployed loser still living with my parents. I have too degrees and i can't find a job in the country i live. Maybe i should travel to another country and find a job there i dunno. But they said the problem is me because i' m not trying enough to find someone. I told them that probably it's not how i behave but how i look and i can't do anything anymore because i already did everything within my power to look more attractive. I am very eloquent (in my native language), i'm polite, i never say embarassing things to the others and i'm well-mannered. I know how to initiate small-talk . But they assumed that i lack social skills because i'm lonely. And they blamed it all on me and my behaviour. But they don't understand that i'm lonely because i have no other choice. People don't approach me and i just don't want to take the initiative and approach the others lest i look like a weirdo .
But let's be honest here, if i was truly good-looking, i would have found someone by now, no matter how introverted i am. This should be the real reason why i'm stil single because guys approach me very rarely. I only attract stalkers and weirdos, it's scary out there and i must admit i don't get out a lot.
I don't know what else to think at this point. (pls don't send me any personal messages i won't respond. Thank you.)

I have an opportunity to move to US with my partner as we hold a relevant visa. We currently live in Asia and I am working in one of the biggest reinsurers.
I am wondering which state is the most lively in terms of reinsurance jobs and opportunities. I see Chicago and New York is on top but is it possible to avoid these two and still find a good job in other areas as partner doesn’t want to live there. Or am i kidding myself thinking I can find a job in other states and cities?
I am in a crossroads sort of a situation and trying to find the best solution for me and my partner at the same time. Any tips are much appreciated.

I am not a gamer, at all. This is the only game I play where I have actually invested time and energy into building something. Now that it is ending, it is so hard to say goodbye. 😞 I know it is not real, it's just a game but still I feel protective over my characters and worry what will happen to them. I have been adding things to my town to give myself peace of mind, more entertainment, lots of houses, places to get food, empty land, and my biggest goal was to make sure as many kids as possible had their parents active in the game too. I will make sure none of them are stuck in an action so they can roam freely.
I know it's silly...I know it is. It's just so sad to see it all go.

I keep waking with things in my bed. They all look like seeds or crumbs and don’t move. I’m about to go through the whole bedbug elimination process and I’d like to know for sure before I go through the whole process. I also wake with a “sandy feeling” on the sheets. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve magnified on my iPhone (I use a lint brush and focus at 3x with the phone within an inch or so of the lint brush. I keep finding these seed type things some as small as a pinpoint on a lint roller, some as large as the typical “apple seed”. When I look at the “sand” on my bed, occasionally I see something that looks like a broken ovular “egg” but most times it actually looks like crystals. I also see the “telltale Sharpie dots on my sheets and bedbug mattress protector. Anyway, please tell what you think. I had bedbugs years ago (not sure if I was getting taken for a ride). I haven’t seen anything that looks like the typical photos of bedbugs (whether fed or not); but I can’t explain this. Besides the dots on sheets, All I see are crystals, and black, yellow, and very infrequently, red, seed and circular dots. I sometimes even pick up tiny moving worms on unknown substrates (which bedbugs do not have such a stage) both black and white in tiny things that look like grass or pieces of wood, and sometimes in cotton fluffy cocoon-like (?) structure. Thought I might have carpet beetles or clothes moths-put traps for the moths all over the house-not one. Maybe I have numerous things given the “sharpie dots” my sheets, the worms (can’t see without magnifying with iPhone) and these seed things. Help! BTW, I live in northern Virginia in a suburb of DC (within the beltway).
