If someone has a valid visa (nonimmigrant) and got a travel/tourist i94, but they want to extend their stay, what needs to be done?
Once applied, how long does it take and do they need to go back to country of residence? Or can they stay in the US? She claims she can just return her i94 and take out another one a couple of days later.
Any tips or advice?
My aunt is visiting and has been coming and going from Mexico to keep me company. Her i94 expires in March and I would really want her to keep visiting me, what do we need to do?
