This credit union will be closed on Presidents Day coming up. But, all credit union employees will not be off at all. Instead, they will all be in Gonzales at Premier Lanes for their annual training Day. They will spend the day bowling, riding bumper cars and playing video games throughout the complex. They do this every single year and choose different sites to do this within the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. Employees as far north as Ruston and Monroe are all required to go to this event each year. So, this is not truly a holiday at all since the employees are not off and required to attend this event yearly.

I am an Electronics Engineering graduate with 11 years of experience in System Administration, Linux, Cloud, and DevOps, and I am in the process of getting my skills assessed. I understand that DevOps Engineer is not listed under the visa categories for 189/190. Therefore, I would like to explore my options.
- Can I apply for the Software and Applications Programmers (NEC) 261399 or Software Engineer 261313 skill assessment? Although none of my previous job titles have been "Software Engineer" (I’ve held titles like Systems Engineer and DevOps Engineer), I have experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and Ansible. Could this be considered as software development experience? If I can apply for the Software Engineer assessment, what should be included in the reference letters from my previous employers?
- My skillset also aligns with the Systems Administrator (262113) role, which is eligible for the 190 and 491 visas. What are the chances of obtaining a regional visa with this skillset? Is it better to consider the Software Engineer route (if applicable) instead of Systems Administrator?

…but I do. Is it the Oby feel or is it the 16 poly? I don’t know but it sure sounds good. It is still a bit janky. Hate the screen and the knobs but I am getting used to it. 16 voices can take you some wild places with an analog synth. Up to this point, I had thought I would return it but this thing grows on you. Am I an evil Behringer Boy now?? Which Behringer is next?!? Should I still return it and get an OB-6? But the SEM, Man!!!

2025.01.24 02:40 PatataMash I need a Wincon for my Mono White Egg/ Weenie combo Deck
I've been brewing an [[Ao, the Dawn Sky]] lately and have trouble finding a wincon that's not just [[Moonshaker cavalry]]. or [[Akroma's Will]] The Deck is looking to sacrifice and reanimate /recast Ao repeatedly to vomit most, if not all, of the deck onto the table and from playtesting, it seems to do so fairly consistently. The problem is, a board full of 2/2s is kind of lacking as a payoff. [[Altar of Dementia]] mill is possible, but needs specific pieces to work. Seeing as the deck can easily spiral into a nondeterministic loop that's sure to take some time to resolve, I feel a wincon that can quickly end the game is desperately needed to keep my playgroup from protesting.
[[Goldnight Commander]] and [[Mirror Entity]] seem okay-ish, especially since they can be found with Ao's trigger but maybe you guys know of something better.

Apps eu tbm n uso mais, pois tive três péssimas experiências com o app grindr e tinder onde marquei com uma pessoa e não curti ele e falei q n era minha vibe e como dizem esse menino criou ranço de mim e fez minha caveira pros amigos dele. Outra experiência foi parecido, mas nem cheguei a sair, eu estava com preguiça de tentar novamente e acabei enrolando o menino, ele me bloqueou, parou de me seguir e vi que dois caras que sempre estavam com ele e eram seguidores em comum tbm pararam.
