Hi all,
I currently use an HP Envy x360 2in1 and I use the Microsoft Defender antivirus and I was browsing on Google chrome.
I have run a couple scans with the Microsoft defender antivirus and am currently doing an offline scan.
I clicked on the link twice because I am an idiot and just assumed I did something wrong the first time.
I can provide the link if needed.
How likely am I to have downloaded malware? What are my next steps? Should I get a new antivirus to run on my computer to ensure I’m not absolutely f’d?

Hi everyone so I have a nearly 4 year old male domestic shorthair, his blood test results just came back today and showed that he is allergic to pork, pollen and fleas, he is currently on Sheba brand wet food but now I understand that the ingredients state meat and animal derivatives which means could contain pork and now I am completely lost on what to feed him, I can’t seem to find a Brand that I can give him that doesn’t contain pork and nasties and that will give him all his vitamins and nutrients, does anyone know what I can change his food too and what dosent contain any pork? I am in the UK , I would really appreciate anyone’s help and advice thank you!

As the title states, I’m three weeks into sertraline on 50mg. I do believe that it is working , but over the past few days , I’ve seen an increase in my anxiety with jitterness. I find myself randomly shaking my legs like I am nervous or anxious for no apparent reason. I have also started having crazy palpitations that last pretty much throughout the day. Anyone else have a similar experience ?

Hii I’m a new BCBA and I’m having a bit of anxiety. My RBT coordinates asked me today if during supervision for RBT I do some one on one time. I explained to her that I usually supervise and do one on one with the clients to teach new interventions and so the RBT can learn. I mentioned that I don’t wanna be on my computer the whole time and that I like to be involved in session basically. But now I’m overthinking it.
What do your sessions look like. Maybe I am too involved with my RBTs? Idk I only have 3 and I just started like 2 weeks ago plz help ease my anxiety.
So basically during supervision is the BCBA able to do like one on one to teach the RBT?
And what do your sessions look like for in home.
I typically try to review the notes from RBTs, collect data, review data, add new goals, add procedure details. And usually I try and show the interventions for maladaptive behaviors since it’s all new clients that we’re still trying to figure out what works. (Like blocking, etc)
