im taking cortisone and biologics right now as i've been in my first ever crohn's disease flare for the last 5 months and im not doing good. mental health wasn't great before taking medication but now i just want to off myself. i never had suicial thoughts until now and i don't think i've ever felt this bad in general. is it the medication or is it just me? anyone who has the same problems?

Живея в София. Предстои ми подписване на трудов договор, в който ми се предлага заплата 1077 лв бруто (минимална), което чисто/нето е 835 лв. Реалното ми възнаграждение ще бъде над 2000. Не бих искал да е така, но знам, че много хора работят на такива условия, защото масово такива са условията, предлагани от работодателите. И това е почти навсякъде, дори в големите фирми. Но пред държавата сметката не излиза при положение, че официалните 835 лв, които ще получавам, не ми стигат дори за базовите нужди (наем, сметки, храна). А след като съм човек, който спестява и инвестира е още по-абсурдно. Предстои ми консултация със счетоводител. Но преди това ви питам, вие имате ли подобни казуси и бихте ли дали някакъв съвет. Благодаря за отговорите.

- I just got home from being up at 5:30/6 am and it now being 1:25 am... Almost wrote that as 1:25 pm, lmao... Makeup and hair still on point tho...
- It just got opened from coming through the mail, so yeah it needs a bit of ironing and probably a bit of light steaming...
- Ignore the socks.... It's late, cold, and I wanna be comfy... Also, not going to show feet on the internet...
And for shoes, in terms of what I currently have, I would prolly pair it with one of these pairs of flats. Prolly the ones that have the crisscross kind of toe pattern. Grey heels would also prolly be good, but I don't have any. My black heals I feel might be ok as well, though it might clash a tad. Definitely liking the thought of the flats with the crisscross pattern though....

I was initially taking 1.2mg fin daily from hims, and within a couple weeks I already noticed an unending numb and dreadful feeling (despite my libido feeling otherwise) and immediately i put a stop to it. I’m trying to rethink how I do the routine, minoxidil has no sides for me, I was wondering should I do 0.5mg daily or 0.5mg EOD and whether if there is no difference in efficacy? I saw a bunch of studies saying 0.2mg fin and 0.8mg had almost the sane efficacy but I dont know if that carries over if i took it every other day. Thanks

Was anyone else playing on the 66.444 last night around 8pm Pacific time? The walls literally collapsed over a couple of minutes eventually killing everyone. I was playing way north when it started and I ended up being one the last two when I finally got crushed by the wall. The other player was on WORM but I couldn’t catch the name. The circle ⭕️ just got smaller and smaller. Then the server was down for around 10 minutes. Really just strange. Is this some kind of new feature?

2025.01.24 06:29 NoHorse3000 problem with my photos and icloud syncing
yesterday i noticed that pretty much all of my photos up till august 2020 were gone. i definitely didnt delete them (and that has happened to me before where after updating my ios my photos were mysteriously gone) and i didnt find them in the recently deleted folder (i remember emptying it a few days ago so it might have been my mistake but i dont recall my old photos being there). my icloud photos syncing option is on and my photos disappeared from my ipad as well. unfortunately my phone is relatively new and somehow has never been backed up (i dont remember turning off the backup option on both my ipad and iphone, i have turned them back on yesterday to prevent this from happening again, they havent backed up yet), while my last backup on my ipad is shown to be from over a year ago and i dont really know how to check what has been backed up (and im scared of losing a lot of important data from now if i go back to that backup). i thought about turning on my old iphone which hasnt been used in a while but i suppose it will sync the icloud right away and the photos will be gone too? or will it work if i have my wifi off? i also suppose i might have a backup on that phone, but do the photos even backup if icloud sync is on? is there anything i can do at this point or are they completely gone forever
my phone is iphone 15 pro, ios 18.1.1, my ipad is ipad 11 pro 3rd gen, ios 18.2.1 and my old phone is iphone 11
