I actually don't think it's that bad. There's a few things here and there that I hope gets fixed. Like for example, ryu feels a bit stiff compared to vanilla NG2, but you kinda start to get used to it as you play the game. This was brutal at the start for me tho, I had to check the vanilla version just to check if I was just tweaking on how ryu felt in NG2B. Also, I hope that the game gets patched to have more enemies and for them to be more aggresive because it honestly feels really easy compared to vanilla NG2. Granted, I've only ever beaten NG2 on normal mode, but NG2B feels even easier on normal mode than vanilla (I'm not cracked enough to beat the game on master ninja like some madlads out there). Also, I think this has always been a common complaint for the sigma versions, but the chapters where you don't play as ryu are such a drag to get through, the good thing is that they're relatively short. As for a positive for this release, it actually looks very good graphics wise. The female characters are all really pretty and it makes me wonder if this might also be a graphics test for a future DoA. The only nitpick i have for how the game looks so far is that for some reason they made chapter 2 be day time, the vanilla game had chapter 2 take place at night and it fits the vibe so much better. Anyway, to wrap this small post up, I think this release is a decent alternative for those who do not have an xbox to play vanilla NG2, also not a bad starting point for any newcomers to the NG series. I kinda compare it to what NGS is to NGB, a decent alternative for those who can't play the goated version. NG2 honestly needed a decent alternative since the only option was sigma 2. For those that do have an xbox tho, vanilla NG2 is still better and I would still play that one over NG2B, I'm personally just gonna play this version once and go back to vanilla NG2 whenever I wanna give it another replay.
Tldr for my ramblings: NG2B is a decent alternative for NG2, but ultimately vanilla NG is still better and you should honestly play that one instead if you're able to. But don't feel too left out if you can't since NG2B is honestly not that bad, contrary to what some doomer posts/comments might say.

Everywhere I see about it is how it’s selfish and ridiculous mostly men are for not wanting to do it? I understand there are some men that make it seem like their partner is horrid and unattractive but that’s not how I view it
It feels a little one sided to say it’s unfair if their partner feels uncomfortable with it especially if you have POCD I can’t imagine how it feel mentally
Is it really that selfish to do limit sex when someone is pregnant….to be me feels unfair to call it ridiculous when it’s a fear, any normal person wouldn’t normally shame someone for something that makes them uncomfortable (most of the time)…it might be something to do with a pregnant persons sex drive
But I a curious how people with OCD have gone through it

Okay, so if this has been suggested before then ignore me and call me an idiot (I mainly stick to YouTube videos on this instead of reddit) So I know a lot of people connect Mr BE to the mystery and I believe that to be true but I've never seen anyone bring into question his eyes, just define him with them. But with other characters when they patch into a system their eyes change colour, looking similar to Mr BE, so my theory (again sorry if this has been said before) is that he's patched into a system, or as I feel, a system is patched into him. Without playing the mission dream on again, I do recall the mayoral candidate's eyes being different when he calls V to call off the investigation. I think that who Mr BE is working for, or controlled by is a rogue AI, or maybe a government/corporate AI (think GW from MGS2) that seeks to control politics in Night City. In this theory Mr BE isn't special like the G man is in Half-Life but was a chosen vessel for this AI in the real world, it could have been anyone one. Not sure how this could or even, if it does connect to the wider mystery but it's just a thought I had and maybe I'm onto something, maybe not, I just wanted to share

Ok so long story short I lost all of my family pictures and mementos in a natural disaster in my teens. I’m now a mom to three boys and really want to preserve the memories for us to treasure.
I’m looking into scrapbooking but I don’t have a lot of spare money to do this. I have 13 yo, 11 yo and 3 yo so lots of time to cover. They do all have baby books already.
Does anyone have tips on books to start with or website? Frequent sales?

I have an issue that I just don’t really know how to prepare for or what should be done to help my chances. I’ll give a TLDR but it will probably still be long.
So my girlfriend (36F) currently lives in Canada and has been there her whole life. Born and raised. Me myself (40M) live in the states and have been here my whole life. Born and raised. I am currently in the process of getting an apartment so my girlfriend can come visit me in the states, due to my current living situation (my parents) not allowing her to come visit.
She is currently unemployed, and hasn’t been employed for over 2 years. She doesn’t have any property, or any assets to really tie her name to. The only things she wants to bring with her is some clothes, her cat, and her Nintendo switch. I plan on getting a rental car and driving up to pick her and the cat up within the next couple of months.
As of right now we have ZERO intent to marry as we’ve only been together for around 8 months, and I’ve come to visit her in Canada twice. She needs to bring her cat because that cat means more to her than even herself, and no one will care for the cat if she leaves for a couple months.
She will have her passport, her forms of ID, (Photo card, Health card, Birth certificate) and the items I mentioned before. That’s it as far as we are aware of.
Basically what I’m asking here is how can either me or her improve our chances of having her cross the border without being denied with these conditions. Maybe I’m overthinking it but is there anything I can do on my end? Anything she can do within the next couple of months? Any help would be greatly appreciated and I will make sure to check this as often as possible to discuss. Thank you!

Got a new remote job recently and finally decided to make the jump to move to LA! I've visited a lot over the years and have always wanted to move here. I've been doing a lot of research and have been having a hard time deciding where to live.
Some background on myself if that's helpful. I'm a single Asian American male (33 years old) working in the tech industry. I won't have much of a support network in LA so would like to be in an area where it's easier to socialize, make friends, and to eventually start dating again (preference towards Asian American women). I'm pretty active and like to run, workout, play golf, and hike. I'll have a car in LA too.
I'd like to be in a more Asian centric neighborhood so I was considering Pasadena, South Pas, Alhambra, and Monterey Park. Do yall think these areas are a good fit for what i'm looking for? Or do you think it'll be too suburban for me and difficult to socialize? I think my priority would be social life/dating and proximity to Asian food.
