The divisions created by nationhood, whether in the form of borders, cultural identities, or political allegiances, have led to conflict, inequality, and environmental degradation. In an era of globalization, interconnectedness, and shared global challenges, it is clear that the future of humanity lies not in reinforcing the distinctions of nationhood but in transcending them in favor of a unified global community.
Nationhood, in its essence, is based on arbitrary lines drawn across maps that divide humanity into distinct groups, each defined by borders, governments, and a narrow sense of identity. These divisions serve to pit people against one another, often leading to nationalistic pride, xenophobia, and, in extreme cases, violence. In the past, such divisions may have served a functional purpose, allowing for the creation of governance systems that provided structure and stability. However, the world has changed. The problems we face today—climate change, global pandemics, economic inequality, and the proliferation of nuclear weapons—do not recognize borders. These challenges affect us all, regardless of nationality, and cannot be effectively addressed by the fragmented approach that nationhood promotes.
The rise of nationalism and the emphasis on nationhood also perpetuate harmful hierarchies, with some nations wielding disproportionate power and resources, while others are marginalized and exploited. This global inequality, sustained by the current nation-state system, perpetuates cycles of poverty, conflict, and environmental destruction. Instead of focusing on the common good of humanity, nations prioritize self-interest, often at the expense of the planet and future generations. Resources that could be used to address global issues are instead spent on military defense, maintaining borders, and sustaining nationalistic ideologies.
Furthermore, nationhood fosters a sense of division, where "us" and "them" become the dominant narrative. People are taught to identify with a specific country, often to the exclusion of others, and this creates artificial distinctions between human beings who share far more in common than the political systems that separate them. The example of two families living just 100 meters apart but divided by national borders underscores the absurdity of such divisions. People in one nation may share common language, culture, and history with those just beyond their border, yet are treated as strangers or even enemies due to the political lines that have been drawn between them.
The solution lies not in strengthening the concept of nationhood but in transcending it altogether. A world based on global citizenship, where all people are recognized as members of one human family, offers a more logical, just, and sustainable framework for the future. In this model, the arbitrary divisions of nations are replaced by shared responsibility for the well-being of the planet and all its inhabitants. Global problems would be addressed with the collective will and resources of all nations, rather than through fragmented efforts based on narrow national interests. The energy and resources currently consumed by maintaining national divisions could instead be focused on solving shared global challenges such as climate change, poverty, and global health crises.
By moving beyond the concept of nationhood, humanity would be free to embrace its true potential. The world’s greatest challenges can only be tackled through cooperation, solidarity, and the recognition that we are all part of the same global community. Nationhood, as it exists today, no longer serves the needs of the modern world. It is a relic of a past era that must be shed if humanity is to thrive in the future.

What's the difference between spiritual awakening and mental breakdown? Because I had one and I can't tell the difference. I've been through severe depression or sometimes called the dark night of the soul because it was an intense depression where I had lost my identity and I was questioning my core beliefs where I was lost. During my suffering as I hit rock bottom i went reached the lowest of the bottom and there i found God or i felt it. I have had many synchronicities. But for me everyday was suffering. I could not function properly. I don't know whether this is mental health condition or not. What do you think?

 | I've tried two teams for her in this abyss , one overload (Clorinde,mavuika,ororon, Chevreuse) and 2 quicken? ( Clorinde,yelan,nahida,ororon). The best one for sure went with overload teams, the rotation and the clear time is much faster (well my mavuika is c3r1 but yah i used her just for off field dps and burst buff).
