- I just got home at like 1:25am after having gotten up at 5:30/6am.... Almost wrote that as 1:25pm, lmao... Makeup and hair still on point though...
- It just got opened from the mail, it needs ironing and prolly so light steam.
- Ignore the socks.... It's late, cold, and I wanna be comfy. Also, not going to show feet on the internet.
Also for shoes... I'm thinking my crisscross toe flats... Gray healles would probably be just as good. My black heels are prolly fine, but might clash a tad... I dunno. And the other grey flats I'm just not feeling them for the fit tbh...

I've had a beard many times but when it gets to about this length, without fail everytime, I get sick of it and shave it off completely. Seems to look scruffy and it annoys me that I have to brush it 😂 Any advice on how to maintain it as it gets longer? I don't know how long this thing will get as I've never really gone past this stage. I'm currently resisting the urge to shave it off. I'm sorry if this isn't the right place to post this but I feel like I'm the only person who has noticed. This Is probably a problem only I really care about but I wanted to ask if anyone else has had this happen to them. For context, I love musical soundtracks so within my rotation is the soundtrack for Rio 2, specifically the song Beautiful Creatures. I noticed maybe a year ago Spotify completely nuked the entire sound track for the movie, I assumed it was due to some Disney copyright thing since BlueSky (the original creator of Rio 1 and 2) had been sold to Disney and then was shut down. But today I went back to my old playlist and saw the song was back online, cool everything's good right? Wrong. The song is a completely different version than the one from the movie and sounds like a knock off cover compared to the original. I'm talking completely different instruments, vocals, everything. I know Spotify is super weird with their policies as I have known a few creators whose music has gotten knocked off only to be re-instated, but I have never seen them completely replace the original song for something else. Has anyone else experienced the weird song switching? Is this an original experience?

I currently have 2 job offers in hand, an offer as an Office Engineer with HP and another as an Assistant Superintendent with Mortenson Construction.
Can anyone who’s familiar with the structure at HP or Mortenson give some insight into their experiences in these roles (and positions higher) and future growth with these companies? I would like to hear about everything outside of compensation. Project exposure and value of experience, coworkers and upper management, everything.
I’m looking stay with either of these companies for at least 5 years as I’m 27, tired of hopping every 2 years, and want to develop and grow with one company for a while.
I’m looking to join the company with the best professional development program for a long term career in this industry. I want to learn from the best and be apart of one of a kind projects. I enjoy both field and office aspect of construction all alike and commercial construction drives me. Diverse projects and new challenges is what makes me satisfied at the end of the day.
I’ve worked on an $800M casino, hotel and theatre expansion, and an 85 storey building worth $1B. I want to keep this drive going and want to make sure I choose the right company.
