Hi everyone. I'm a bit scared rn. I currently got a sore throat from reflux as I haven't gotten sick. I had a strong globus sensation thebpast few weeks. Now it's a sore throat. Im really scared that the reflux is getting worse and I don't know what to do. Im on 40 mg esomeprazole in the morning and my dr. won't give me anything else.
Im already scheduled to meet with a new one but don't have much time left
Im Set to study abroad in 2 months but am scared the reflux will get worse and I will get sick... should I even go?

Hey folks, not everything in Europe is safer / less harmful even though we have stricter regulations around food safety here. For example, all infant formula available in my region (northern Germany) has sunflower oil, soy oil and rapeseed oil in non-trivial amounts. Most formulations contain at least 17% linoleic acid as a fraction of total fat content.
I’d be incredibly grateful for any leads and suggestions, as my research so far hasn’t been successful. Also, serenity kids is hella expensive and always sold out within minutes :(

2025.01.24 09:40 wtffu006 I’m in my late 30s. Why can’t I handle longer periods of daily smoking anymore?
So I’m almost 40 and recently over the last few years I’ve noticed that if I smoke anymore for 2 weeks straight daily then after that I’ll start feeling sick and I’ll definitely go through withdrawals if I stop just after that small amount of time.
It’s the usual stuff, sweating, insomnia, stomach ache and needing to poop all the time, coughing etc…. until it clears up.
I can take breaks like for months but if I start up again I’ll end up going through it all over again.
Ive always been a heavy smoker. Like 40 bongs a day so a bit excessive…..
But is it like with alcohol how when you get older the hangovers get much worse?
I’d like to smoke and keep smoking but here I am now, on day 4 without it after smoking heavy the last 2 weeks when it was November when I last smoked and I just think ah this feeling right now sucks it’s just not worth it anymore and I know this’ll last about 10 or 15 days.
Do I need to take like a year or two break maybe?

Mais si je les mets sur un CTO qui fait 5k€ de plus-value, j'aurais mis 10k€ et l'enfant aura 15k€ sans fiscalité car les plus-values sont purgées. Est-ce que cela entre dans les 100k€ de dons tous les 15 ans ? Its kind of a new behavior. Sometimes it seems like she just wants breakfast, but even after I feed her she wants to get right up in my face, lick me, bite my facial hair, and she's just totally in my face and on my head. She's fallen asleep biting my beard. Most of the time it feels like affection but it's like, almost uncomfortabley intimate. Like she's trying to crawl into my face. I don't want to be overlooking her attempts to tell me something's wrong.
Affection? Or is she trying to tell me somethings up?

New to animes in general. I have noticed a lot of them only go for a single season before there is any sort of end to their story, seemingly without any more content to come.
Can anyone one suggest any of their favorites, of any genre (since I'm looking to see what else I would like) that has some what of a completed or nearly completed story?
