Hey all! Looking for some recommendations for a new mixeaudio interface/vocal processor with efx. I have 2 Mics (one compressor phantom powered mic, and once that's USB powered), a Maschine MK3, and an RC-505 MKII. I also have a couple external hardware synths I'd like to run through it as well, and be able to record multiple tracks at the same time with everything and route it into my DAW, FL Studio, to record and then fine tune from there putting the track arrangement together etc. From what I have been reading is a digital mixer is the way to go but there's so many out there I don't know what direction to head in. I've been using the RC-505 as audio interface but I'm always getting some sort of feed back from something, but could be from a mix of decent to cheap audio cables. I'd like to stay under the $600.00 range unless something is worth the investment in the long run then I might be able to make it work budget wise. Any advice or recommendations will be greatly appreciated!

I'm 26 and looking to study graphic design, I never finished college but have some credits. I'm currently at my local community college trying to get my GPA up and I'm pretty sure I can get it up to a 3.7 by the time I wanna transfer. I haven't visited any of these schools yet but if you currently go to any of them, have graduated recently, or know someone who has I'd love to hear personal stories of what these schools are like! I have been riding scrambler 400x for a while now. Completed 6K kms. Am I the only one getting pain on left arm wrist while riding it for a long time in traffic?
Not sure whether it's the tight clutch causes the issue, but yet I believe that something is wrong with the handlebar - has anyone else faced the same issue?

He was Alduins right-hand man, and responsible for many tragedies and killings of men. He defected, yes. Yes, he is good now! At the time of the story, he's good. But I simply don't trust him. He himself says that domination is in the blood of all dragons, and that it is simply not wise to trust another dragon, because of their inborn nature. Every single day he's always fighting his evil, always tempted to it. Every. Single. Day. He's immortal, too. Imagine this. 1000's of years have passed. The dragonborn is long gone. He can always turn to evil. And he might not be able to turn back. And he can't be killed! He can't be killed by anybody, except for a dragonborn. The dragonborn is the last dragonborn, so he's the only one that can kill him. When the dragonborn is gone, even if a strong warrior in the future 'kills' Paarthurnax, he'll come back. I wouldn't leave it up to chance. I wouldn't leave it for the future generations. (Plus, I really like the fight against him, it's really fun)
Paarthurnax: "What is better - to be born good, or to overcome your evil nature through great effort?"
The Last Dragonborn: "You either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villain, Paarthurnax. This will be your end. For your sake."

2025.01.24 14:52 iwanttobeacavediver Doing a week of freedive coaching, I’m nervous and keep getting thoughts it’s going to be a disaster/I’m going to waste my coach’s time.
I’ve made it my New Year’s resolution to complete a Level 2 certification for my freediving and get down to the full 30m depth this year. With it I’m using my Lunar New Year’s holiday to get some coaching and practice.
Problem is, my initial excitement about this is now replaced by thoughts including that I’m going to have wasted a lot of time and money when I’m a horrible freediver, that my coach will be frustrated or angry with me if I’m not ‘good’, that I’m going to be as good as other people I dive with and hold them back even.
This isn’t even a new problem- I struggled with similar thoughts when I was trying to get certified, which was a struggle and for the longest time I considered getting rid of my long fins purely because in my own head I was never going to be ‘good enough’.
How do I make my brain shut the hell up?
