English isn’t my first language, in case anything is unclear I can try to elaborate 😅 I’m (female, 24, 170cm, ~87kg, no smoking, active (dog walks everyday, strength training in gym approx. 2x/week and aqua fitness 1x/week)) diagnosed with different things and just add everything I can remember adhoc in case it’s important: -migraine -chronic sinusitis -AuDHD -hEDS A few friends and family members asked me if I’m diagnosed with PCOS, but no gyn ever mentioned this so far. I had an ovary cyst removed a few years ago and my thyroid is full of cysts as well, idk if there’s a link to pcos (maybe in general higher chance of cysts?).
I want to stop taking birth control (pill), because of several reasons and I’ve mostly been prescribed bc because I’ve always been struggling with my period. Pain isn’t a big deal for me at all usually but my periods used to be so bad that I literally couldn’t move sometimes and just had to lay in bed and sometimes I went incredibly pale because I went incredibly dizzy and even people around me noticed and asked what’s wrong. I’m also having bad cramps several days before the actual bleeding starts but my first gyn always said it can’t be connected to my period and has to be something else and the two afterwards never really reacted to it. The bleeding used to be 7+ days and was really intense and only got less for the last day and then some spotting for the day afterwards. On bc the pain barely changed but got a little bit better. I tried several different brands and nothing changed. At some point I was recommended to just take the pill continuously, but I can do a max. of 2 months (usually less) cause a full blown bleeding is starting without me changing anything bc wise. I usually pause bc for a week and continue regularly afterwards. The bleeding is less than it used to be. I’m really afraid of side effects occurring when I stop taking bc and also really worried about my periods becoming this bad again and noticeably impacting at least 2 weeks of each cycle again. My docs haven’t checked anything so far besides ultrasounds but apparently my ovaries and uterus look fine.
It’s most important what the underlying issue could be but also if there’s a way to reduce the risk of side effects of stop taking bc. I started some supplements to combat nutrient deficiency caused by the pill a few months ago: zinc, vitamin c, selenium, histidine, folic acid, b vitamins. Additionally I’m taking mangesium l-threonate & bisglycinate, vitamin e, D3, K2, omega3 and creatine.

So I bought a proofing box because I seem to struggle with my house being to cold. The settings are weird and I haven’t been able to figure it out so it gets to like 86 F. Its in Celsius yesterday it only got to like 27C. My dough seems to be getting sticky so I’m assuming that’s over proofed. Google says to over proof an hour or two at 86F, but no matter what my dough seems over proofed or underproofed each time. Any tips? I’m thinking abt laying a little towl down so the bottom dosent get as hot. How long should I be proofing?

I have my *arr's and RDTClient running in docker compose on Synology.
I also use pd_zurg to mount the Real Debrid content making it accessible in Plex.
Adding eg. a movie to Radarr will initiate a "grab" in RD which will then show the movie in Plex.
What I'm currently unable to do is have eg. Radarr detect it's downloaded.
I thought the symlink downloader option would create a symlink to the original file stored in RD that the *arr's could see to verify it had downloaded.
By way of a bit more information, I don't imagine I need to enable "Completed Download Handling" in Radarr as the file is already accessible by Plex. I don't want any files automatically "imported" (if that means renamed or moved) as Plex points directly to the mounted RD files. Radarr displays a warning if completed download handling not enabled. I suspect I need this enabled but don't know why?
Radarr also advises against setting the root path for a movie to be the same as the download path in the download client (RDTClient). I can't, therefore, get Radarr to check the (mounted) RDTClient download path to see if the download is complete.
I'm missing some pieces of the puzzle and I'm hoping someone can clarify exactly what the symlink downloader option in RDTClient is meant to do and how I'm meant to get the *arr's to detect the file(s) and set the status to "Downloaded". I could also do with some clearer guidance on what content I'm meant to include in the settings for RDTClient. Which fields are relevant when using the Symlink Downloader and eg. should the "Mapped Path" field be the docker compose volume location of where pd_zurg mounts the RD files? So if pd_zurg mounts files to my synology location /volume1/pdzurg/mnt/rd which was then set as a volume in my docker-compose.yml for RDTClient as "- /volume1/pdzurg/mnt/rd:/data/rd", should I set the "Mapped Path" in RDTClient to be "/data/rd"?
Summary: Radarr will succesfully send requests to RDTClient which grabs the file which is stored in a mounted location accessible by Plex. Radarr never shows the request status as the green "Downloaded".
What root path should I be using in Radarr because I can't set it the same as the mount location where I access the files?
What is the symlink downloader option meant to do in RDTClient?
What fields are necessary to complete in RDTClient settings when using the symlink downloader option.
Do I need Completed Download Handling enabled in Radarr?
Any help would be much appreciated.

(F30) J’ai actuellement un travail où je suis titulaire, bientôt 5 ans d’ancienneté, 9 ans d’expérience… pourtant j’ai toujours l’impression d’être une stagiaire ?
Je ne sais pas comment expliquer ce sentiment, pourtant j’ai des responsabilités, j’ai des tâches régulières plus ou moins importantes a faire, mais comparé à mes autres collègues plus âgées je n’ai pas l’impression d’être au même niveau. Alors que si, nous avons la même classification, plus ou moins les mêmes tâches, mais je ne me sens pas aussi « responsable » qu’elle.
En fait je n’arrive pas à mettre de mot là dessus, je ne sais pas vraiment comment l’expliquer. En fait je ne me sens pas au même « niveau » qu’elle, alors que j’ai autant de responsabilités… et je ne sais pas pourquoi j’ai ce sentiment, je ne sais d’où il vient, parce qu’elles ne me prennent jamais de haut, même si elles sont plus âgées.
Je fais bien mon travail, je suis très appréciée par ma cheffe, j’ai déjà eu les remerciements de la DRH car j’ai aidé pas mal de mes collègues et je suis toujours dispo quand il faut aider ou remplacer.
Donc je ne comprends pas pourquoi je ne me sens pas exactement « à ma place »?
Pourtant j’apprécie mon travail, je ne me lève pas à contre cœur, ce n’est pas le bagne.
Il y a d’autres personnes dans ma situation ? Comment faire pour enlever ce sentiment ?

It was pretty basic and I think it went well, the HR lady told me they would have an update for me this week.
