Hi All,
Is it common to get gastritis with CIRS? It would make sense since it throws off the gut and its inflammatory. Just wondering if others have experienced this. I was having horrible nausea and low appetite and I'm beginning to think it's from gastritis. I've been drinking a powdered licorice root drink that my CIRS doc recommended plus getting some probiotics and I do think it is slowly helping.

I own a Trek FX2. Once I took it down a canal path that was slightly bumpy.. It was horrible to ride, literally wrist killing horrible.
Is say, a Trek Check point really any better? Fully aware that the tyres are bigger, but I’ve heard stories of guys buying gravel bikes and being in agony after a couple of hours after off road.
Please enlighten me!

2025.01.24 17:49 Wavypavyllama I’m I wavering? Overthinking?
So I haven’t seen my SP for a month, because I’m truly focusing on myself and forgiving the pain of the old story. I even deactivated my main Instagram to fully heal myself. Anyways a few days ago I went to a carnival with my girlies and we coincidentally met one of my SP’s friends, they aren’t close but they were classmates in highschool. I joked about how SP is my boyfriend and the friend laughed (not thinking much about it because him and my SP aren’t even close) and now I checked my Instagram stories (from my finsta) and saw that friend went to visit my SP at work today and I was overthinking whether his friend told him about what I have joked about. And considering our old story it’s pretty rough so I’m just overwhelmed and overthinking that what if I forced the 3D with that joke, what if this negative thought manifests (and I decide it DOES NOT) and yeah I was doing so well taking care of myself for this whole new year new me but I haven’t even seen my SP yet and I’m overthinking this stuff like crazy…

So, we’re supposed to get WileyPLUS for PEP 112, but it costs like $100, and I’m not trying to spend that. I already have a PDF of the textbook, so I don’t really need it for reading.
Do you think it’s possible to just wait until the end of the semester when all the homework is due, use the WileyPLUS free trial, and bang everything out in one go? Has anyone done this, or is there a better way to not pay for this?

Does anyone have experience with or know of literature focusing on the use of optimal path as line tools in Esri software which could be used to plan potential mountain bike trails? The catch here is that instead of optimizing a trail by looking at the least amount of effort needed to get from one location to another over a DSM model, for example, the path could be set up to optimize FUN (and safety) based on inputs like trail building guidelines, desired steepness or number of switchbacks, etc.

What do you guys do if your lease ends on the 30th of April, and the new one starts on May 1st? Where do you pack up and entire apartment and leave it for the night? I know we can stay at a hotel, but what about all our stuff? Do we just rent a u haul over night and store it in there? Is that an obvious target for theft?
