Hi, next question. I recently became Superior Lord lvl 1. I wonder if I should keep focusing on prestige points or rather put emphasis on experience points by now. Being kicked from negotiation or dragon lairs is meanwhile more a question of the title than the Lord level. Or am I missing significant other advantages of a higher lvl?

Je travaille dans une grande entreprise semi-publique dans le domaine de l'informatique. J'y ai débuté en tant qu'alternant fin 2017 et j'ai signé un CDI fin 2019.
Je souhaite partager avec vous mon parcours salarial et recueillir vos avis.
À mon embauche, mon salaire de base était relativement faible (32k€ sur 13 mois), mais j'ai choisi de rester dans l'entreprise pour plusieurs raisons :
- Astreintes et heures supplémentaires : Ces éléments boostent considérablement ma rémunération annuelle. Par exemple, en 2024, j'ai perçu environ 10k€ en astreintes et 8k€ en heures supplémentaires.
- Primes : Nous bénéficions chaque année d'une prime d'intéressement intéressante (environ 6k€ en 2024) ainsi que d'autres primes annexes non négligeables.
- Avantages sociaux : Le télétravail 3J/semaine, ainsi qu'un nombre conséquent de RTT.
Je me retrouve souvent face à un dilemme :
- Changer d'entreprise pour un salaire fixe plus attractif, mais au risque de perdre les avantages actuels.
- Rester dans mon poste actuel, en cherchant à améliorer mon salaire fixe, ce qui reste un défi puisque mon management met en avant les variables pour justifier la rémunération globale.
- Comment négocier efficacement une revalorisation salariale en interne, sans que les éléments variables soient systématiquement mis en avant ?
- Quel salaire demander en externe, sachant que mon revenu annuel brut total actuel est gonflé par les variables, et qu'il est difficile de l'utiliser comme base de comparaison réaliste sur le marché ?

I’m going to try to make this as short as possible. I’ve been having deep emotional feelings about a guy lately, and I prayed asking God for guidance because I think he may be the one, but I didn’t tell him yet. But anyways, I am a very religious person. And I don’t believe in numerology or anything to do with tarot cards but lately every time I think about him, I’ve been seeing the same numbers all over the place I’ve been seeing number 2,3,4. I only see these numbers when I’m thinking about him. I’ve seen a lot of 444. 344, 2323,I’ve been having dreams about him like every single night and I’m writing at 4:55 AM ( freaking out ) because I just previously woke up from a dream about him at 3:44 AM. Could this be God sending me a sign about him or something? I googled it and it said that God doesn’t mess with worldly matters to send people signs about stuff…. But I’m very religious and something is going on and a religious explanation would be appreciated. Thank you because this is taking over my life. I’m been having dreams about him almost every night and the dreams are about being happy with him. I know this might be just me subconsciously wishful thinking but the numbers I can’t explain and it’s not a coincidence that I just happened to see the numbers , it’s been happening so many times.
