It’s taken me two weeks, numerous phone calls and emails to cancel the colposcopy appointment that was made for me without my permission. I made it very clear to them that I preferred to wait and retest in a year rather than have more invasive tests now with them punching holes into my cervix with no pain relief (they confirmed they do punch biopsies without pain relief - they don’t even advise women to take painkillers before attending the appointment). I only had very mild cell changes, I think it’s better to wait to give my body a chance to heal. They’ve finally cancelled the appointment but have sent me a letter stating:
‘Please contact the department on the above telephone number within the next two weeks from the date of this letter to either make a replacement appointment, or to provide an update on your situation.’
I’ve already told them I don’t want a colposcopy, who the hell do they think they are to demand that I ring them in the next two weeks to ‘provide an update’ on my ‘situation’?! It’s none of their business! They made cancelling this appointment so incredibly difficult. I couldn’t just speak to their admin to cancel, I had to have numerous conversations with various nurses and doctors, all of whom tried their best to use whatever bullshit excuse to try to force me to attend. Now on finally cancelling the appointment they want me to ring them again to discuss my ‘situation’. Why are they so interested in my cervix?! There’s still so much medical paternalism in the NHS, particularly in women’s healthcare. There’s no way I’m going to ring the clinic as I don’t owe them anything. I’m just waiting to see how long it takes before they start harassing me again. I’ve done the formal opt out form to get my name removed from the cervical screening recall list as I really can’t be dealing with this bullshit.

2025.01.24 11:11 Unfair_Wish_3601 I don't know if I am a horrible person or if it's just my mental illness convincing me that I'm one. It's so hard to have this feeling. What should I do?
My mind tries to tell me that I have done something horrible in my past and forgot This is called false memory OCD. Sometimes I feel like it's stupid and feel calm, then I start trusting those thoughts and feel so scared.
I don't know if I am a horrible person because I don't remember. I think those fears are most likely false but I'm scared that I will get medicated to get help and then one day they will turn out to be true. I can't get medication soon anyways. I don't know if I'm a scared person who deserves help and sympathy or someone awful who deserves hatred. I will never know.

Hi folks.
Wanted to check in with yall to see if anyone had experiences with this.
Quick background: This is my first month of Vyvanse. I have been in tiration, started at 20mg, raised by 10mg weekly.
20 felt like psychological pandemonium. I was absolutely jittery, had bad vision and little positive effects. Mostly in line what people report with underdosing, which is mostly related to psychological problems with being whiney, neurotic, anxious and depressed.
I went down from 40mg because it felt like I had 25 angry electric eels up my ass and a Beyblade tournament in my head. I feld supercharged, like physically. Couldn't sit still. Jaw hurt. And it lastet WAY too long, like 12-14 hours. Mentally I was turned into a robot, no drive for anything anymore. Like, there is little emotion in general, like, too regulated. Besides irritability. Thats been functional as ever.. Most people link this to too high of a dosage.
30mg went pretty good, but there is one consistent side effect that I had while taking it, and today when back on it. A feeling of tiredness without actual exhaustion. It is a little odd, because its usually rather my eyes feeling tired and some more frequent yawning. It kicks in about an hour after taking it and if it subsides comes back in waves every 1-2 hours. I have otherwise very positive effects from the Stims, I could write a book about them.
The tiredness is somewhat impacted by snacking, having a meal or some excercise, i.e. taking a walk is usually enough. But as I said, it always creeps back. I'll add my routine:
- I take my Vyvanse simultaneously with a protein shake. Usually a clear whey isolate with a full amino acid profile
- I try not to skip meals, especially breakfast and lunch, typically protein dense
- I drink a lot of water with added electrolytes (2-3 Litres)
- I supplement B-Vitamins, D-Vitamins, Zinc and Iron
- I try to sleep 7-8 hours religiously per day
- I stay away from caffeine
- I avoid nicotine consumption after taking the medication & while it lasts.
If this tiredness wasnt there, it would be perfect. Does anyone have anything to share on this? I've been taking the drug for a month.
Do the tired eyes, pseudo-exhaustion & yawning ever get less?

Are there any guaranteed spawns for ts?? I’ve used both red flares in my stash, didn’t get a junk crate. I spawned in on a scav to find a red flare IN MY INVENTORY but didn’t get one again EVEN though it was a junk crate. I even ran to one dropping out of the air and even though it was also a junk crate, no dice. I run my scav to shoreline and hit up the village/junkertown whenever it’s off cooldown, but for the life of me I can’t find a single powerdrill. I love FIR hideout items, but this is getting ridiculous.

In episode 4 before the scene where Mutsumi and Uika are in a taxi,the director give a camera of traffic light keeping the red light.
Back to episode 1 the same trick had already been used ,and it is came out with the scene of crychic memory (the imagination)ending of Sakiko and turn into the scene where she stay at house making the music(the reality ).The traffic light turn green at the end and maybe it imply the taxi scene are fake or just imagination.
In the taxi where Mutsumi said she is already talked to other member and it show only Uika’s talking scene.It could combined with theory of the story being narrated by Uika.

This one is an example of an easy one to miss because no one at the agency had any idea about it themselves 🤭
