2025.01.24 11:22 mai_loves_coffee So.. I lost control and binged for more than a week.
23F here, been on a weight loss journey for more than half a year, lost +10kg. 2 weeks ago i had an absolutely stressful few days and i overate during them. Im used to having some of those days where i lose control because of stress, but i usually pick myself back up right after and get back on track, hit the gym again, control my portions etc.
Last week wasn’t the same.
I didn’t stop after those few days.
I overate another day, and the next day was a full on binge, 4000+ calories. Didnt even wanna hit the gym. The next day was the same. And the next..
I binged 4000+ calories of junk and sugar every single day for more than a week.
Im absolutely disgusted. Cant even bear to look at myself in the mirror. I still cant stop. Its gotten out of control.
I hate this. i dont wanna know how much i gained. I cant stand the idea. I made a promise to myself to never go back to my old habits, but i just broke it..
I feel like i undid 3 months of progress and hard work and gained at least 3 kilos. After eating healthy for so long. After putting a stop to my sugar addiction.. im back to square one.
I dont want comforting words. Im tired of my family telling me “its okay”, because its not.

Hi folks, I got wrongfully banned when inside the marvel rivals community. I've made 2-3 more accounts and all have been banned again for ban evasion. Anyway I can get round this? Will making an account using a vpn help or can I simply never use discord again?
When I make the accounts I'm fine but after a couple of days I'll message inside a server and then be banned. I'm a mod on a community server so it's not like I can just watch the server I need to either stop being mod and stop using discord.

Basically nakilala ko siya when we were classmates. Hindi ko nga siya medyo ka vibe nun kasi we were both new transfers to that school, siya sobrang hyper niya and habang ako naninibago. Weeks goes by nalaman ng mga naging friends ko dun na kakagaling ko lang sa breakup nun, so medyo iwas talaga ako muna sa usap lalo na sa lovelife. Suddenly, she talked to me and of course dahil sa schoolwork need niya ng help and from then on nagkwentuhan na kami. Tapos nagsimula siya bumanat ng pickup lines and nagpaparinig na piliin ko daw siya or anything related na magkacrush din ako sa kanya, so as a gag sa classroom bumabanat ako pabalik sa kanya not knowing to her na totoo na sinasabi ko kasi I was developing feelings for her. I remember nagkasama kami sa isang event and kailangan namin ng extra shirt, apparently di niya nadala yung sa kanya so I had to make a choice na suotin niya yung extra shirt ko, para makaiwas hinala ng mga tao pinapalandakan kong ibalik niya yung shirt ko and game naman siya na bayaran niya na lang or anything. To be honest, gusto kong ikeep niya yun as a remembrance. Hindi kami ganun palagi magkasama kasi magkakaiba kami ng group of friends. And everytime na magkausap kami, beside from the banats she really likes teasing me, hindi sa nakakapikon na way but she always tries to find way to make me smile. But still hindi ko tinuloy kasi I was afraid of myself na gawin siyang rebound, and I knew from myself that meron pa dapat akong ayusin sa sarili ko in all of aspects in life kasi nakikita ko na hindi ako karapat dapat na para sa kanya at that time Dumating sa graduation yung ganung type ng treatment namin sa isa't isa. Some of my friends nalaman nilang nagkagusto na ko kay girl pero syempre todo deny pa ko nun. Hindi ako sumama sa kanila sa graduation kasi kailangan ko magstop due to financial problems. (Isa to sa dahilan, kung bakit hindi ko tinuloy). I confessed to her na may gusto ako sa kanya and sinabi ko yung reasons din sa kanya kung bakit di ko tinuloy, except sa magstostop ako sa pag-aaral. Usual na time na magconfess sa isang crush kasi wala ng mawawala. Naintindihan naman niya, and she appreciated na natuwa ako sa mga convo namin noon and she was happy as well talking to me. Why does shivdas not have semester 4 books for bcom prog on their website or amazon/flipkart? I've basically only read those books for all 3 semesters and for some reason the site ignores semester 4 completely and and has options available for sem 1,2,3,5.
