How does sleep impact TDEE? I (53F; 225) normally sleep about 9-10 hr of sleep. My TDEE is about 2000, with a goal to reduce to 1500. I’ve marked myself as sedentary but should I lower CI because I get solid sleep? Or is TDEE basically if I sleep 24 hday?
I’ve started fresh this year (3rd wk tracking) and continue to hover around my start weight. Assuming (based on prior loss history) there is some water retention and I’ll get a good woosh soon.

So Diane Makepeace assumes the identity of Etista, which is how she ends up getting her moment with Layton.
But why Etista? Why become some random woman in a different country?
The person she killed was an Archaeology professor. Alfendi's (presumed) father is Professor Layton, an archaeology professor. My guess is that she wanted to potentially lure out Layton to kill him. Why? Because she believes Alfendi murdered her father- an eye for an eye.
I also thought of the question "What about the janitor's brother being there?" My answer to that would be that it would be a) difficult to say that that alone would lure out Alfendi and b) if she wanted to lure him out she could've done something closer to them and not have gone to a different country and assimilated into a village for a whole year to pull this off.

Pre-ordered this phone and nothing is wrong with it. Works perfectly in every way. No scratches or other blemishes. The only issue is it's locked to AT&T while the free credits are being applied - 30 more months. Can I sell this phone being carrier locked to someone with AT&T? What are my other options? Es sind mir heute beim Lesen einen anderen Streaks zwei Sachen aufgefallen. Die erste ist, dass es viel interessanter ist, wenn man dem Streak einen Titel verleiht. Meines Erachtens entspricht das den Vorschriften des Streaks nicht, oder zumindest ist es so, dass die Titel erforderlich sind. Bei mir wäre das manchmal ziemlich schwierig umzusetzen, angesichts der Tatsache, dass meine Themen oft etwas diffus sind. Dann hätten wir Titel wie „Streak 1001: Man grübelt über dem Tag". Trotzdem werde ich das überlegen, weil die Titel beim Lesen anderer Streaks mein Interesse geweckt haben.
Die zweite Sache war, dass die Deutschfähigkeiten einiger Leute, die hier schreiben, wirklich bewundernswert sind. Das ist sowohl eine Inspiration und eine Herausforderung. Ich begrüße es. Es ist mir auch aufgefallen, dass die Person, die mich heute beeindruckt hat, in Deutschland lebt. Und es ist mir schon bewusst, dass, wenn man in Deutschland lebt, man einen großen Vorteil in Bezug auf das Deutschlernen hat. Es ist eine Art Multiplier, der den Erwerb der Sprache leichter und natürlicher macht. Bis einen bestimmten Punkt, natürlich. Ich kenne Leute, die im deutschsprachigen Raum leben, bei denen man nur höflich behaupten könnte, es gibt Luft nach oben. Und Leute, die sich außerhalb dieses Sprachgebiets befinden, deren Deutsch hervorragend ist. Trotzdem wünsche ich mir, dass ich diese Möglichkeit hätte. Da ich mir schon einen Umzug nach Berlin wünsche, wäre das schön. Ob das klappt, werde ich sehen müssen. Währenddessen werde ich hier weiterschreiben, inspiriert und herausgefordert.
